According to statistics,friction and wear caused 30% of energy consumption by industrialized countries each year,lubrication can decrease friction damage.Carbon nanomaterials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes have been widely used in energy,machinery and other fields.Studies have found that graphene as a lubricant additive,can improve the lubrication property of lubricants and reduce friction and wear.Using materials science,tribology and other theories as guidance,SEM,four-ball testing machine and other instruments as analysis method,graphene oil-based lubricants are prepared by liquid phase exfoliation and electrochemistry exfoliation method.The lubrication property of graphene is analyzed by tribology experiment and simulation,and analyze its anti-wear mechanism.The results show that the product has a unique layered structure with obvious surface folds.In tribology experiment,the addition of graphene can improve the extreme pressure and anti-wear properties of lubricating oil,when the concentration of 0.2wt%,the smallest degree of wear,shallow furrows and wear trace,protection the friction surface,when the concentration is greater than 0.6wt%,excessive graphene on account of the role of the reunion will cause serious scratch of the friction surface,increase the degree of wear.Using Materials Studio as the simulation software can be inferred from the simulation results,when graphene molar mass fraction is 5.08%,the van der Waals energy between friction pair and graphene lubricant is largest the shear stress is the smallest,show that graphene had largest adsorption when the mass fraction is 5.08%,able to more effectively generate physical adsorption film,decrease the contact area between the Fe friction pair,improve the lubrication performance.To sum up,by tribology experiment and dynamic simulation to analyze influence factors of graphene lubricant and discussed the lubrication mechanism of graphene,which laid a foundation for the application of graphene as lubrication additive.Figure 39;Table 7;Reference 93...
