Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,the assembled construction is promoted in China because of its green and environmental protection,quantitative production,construction cost saving and high construction efficiency.The composite wall panel with hole is in the category of assembled building,which is made of reinforced concrete as the main frame structure,with a hole in the middle of the wall panel and "tic-tac-toe" reinforced concrete support around the hole,and then combined with secondary cast-in-place foam concrete to build a prefabricated composite wall with hole.The connection between the horizontal direction of the slab is realized by the cast-in-place structural column,and the side frame column and the structural column are combined as a whole to form a shaped column structure,and the corresponding thickness of concrete is poured between the upper and lower side frame beams and the cast-in-place floor slab to form a whole stacked beam,which completes the assembled integral shaped column structure system.The structure can be used as a load-bearing member,and its advantages are: the filled foam concrete has heat insulation,heat preservation and light self-weight;the reinforced concrete supports set up work in concert with the reinforced concrete frame to make a large improvement in bearing capacity and seismic performance.The structural system is suitable for low-rise residential buildings,which is in line with the trend of new urbanized building development.The main content of this article takes the composite wall panel with cavity as the research object,and on the basis of theoretical analysis combined with ABAQUS finite element software simulation,the data comparison of the mechanical performance indexes obtained after the calculation processing is carried out,and the research work and results are as follows:1.Different types of composite wall panels with openings are classified according to the opening rate,the form of structural forces,etc.,and the internal force and displacement calculation formulae of composite wall panel structures with openings are introduced through theoretical knowledge,and the detailed calculation process of the Vformulae is reasoned and summarized according to three different forms of common loads(top concentrated load,uniform load and inverted triangular load).2.Applying the finite element software ABAQUS,a model of composite wall slab with concrete border(No.CW1)in independent working condition is established,on which different opening size schemes are designed and four groups of models are established for finite element simulation analysis.The stress damage distribution,hysteresis capacity,stiffness degradation,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the CW1 model of composite wall panel with different opening sizes are studied and analyzed,and the crack distribution and damage causes of the composite wall panel with openings after low circumferential reciprocal loading are discussed.The simulation results show that as the size of the hole increases and the support position shifts,the formation of cracks and the spreading range are accelerated,and the overall mechanical performance of the wallboard is reduced.The increase in the size of the hole has a greater impact on the mechanical performance of the wallboard,And the smaller the size of the opening,the better the mechanical properties.However,it should be noted that when designing doors and windows in actual projects,the size of the opening should be controlled as much as possible to avoid the support too close to the frame column to form a short column,which is not conducive to earthquake resistance.3.The model of assembled external frame structure with cavity composite wall panel(No.CW2)is established,and the same cavity size scheme as CW1 model is set up for finite element simulation and analysis.The main comparison is between the composite wall panel with cavity of the assembled external frame structure(No.CW2)and the wall panel in independent working condition(No.CW1),the difference in the force performance of the two models is changed,and the mechanical indexes are compared.The simulation results show that,in terms of energy consumption and stiffness degradation,the assembled special-shaped column frame structure has significantly improved the composite wall panel with openings,which reflects the good ability of the two to work together and enhances the overall structure The seismic performance.4.Establish the finite element model of unsupported composite wall panel with hole(No.CW3)and compare it with the finite element model of composite wall panel with hole(No.CW1);establish the finite element model of unsupported composite wall panel with hole(No.CW4)of assembled external frame structure and compare it with the finite element model of composite wall panel with hole(No.CW2)of assembled external frame structure.The influence of the mechanical properties of the model with and without support under two working conditions of independent work and assembled external frame structure is analyzed to provide practical theoretical support for the structure in engineering applications.
