Study On Performance Evaluation And Development Strategy Of Traditional Village Protection In Zhongfang County

As a complex of rural settlements,traditional villages are an organic carrier for the inheritance development of human civilization and an important window to show the traditional culture of different countries to the world.With the implementation of new urbanization and rural revitalization strategy,the protection and development of traditional villages has become an important theme of economic and social development in the new era.Through the research on the performance evaluation of the traditional village protection in Zhongfang County of Hunan Province,this paper not only helps to explore the internal characteristics of the traditional village protection and development,but also provides a theoretical basis for the planning,construction and performance evaluation of the same type of villages.The traditional villages in Zhongfang County of Hunan Province have regional characteristics.Their development environment,main characteristics and practical problems are the crystallization of the evolution of regional civilization and culture.In this paper,the theories,methods and practices related to the protection and performance evaluation of traditional villages at home and abroad are summarized,this paper constructs a performance evaluation system for the protection of traditional villages in Zhongfang County,Hunan Province,which considers the influence of “external environment,villages and humanities” on the traditional villages,and evaluates the current situation with this system.The ultimate purpose of the evaluation is to obtain a scientific and reasonable cognition of the current situation and provide support for the formulation of tailored policies.Based on the in-depth study on the protection of traditional villages in Zhongfang countyof Hunan and the evaluation results of the current situation,combined with the differences of traditional villages in the county,this paper puts forward some systematic development strategies for the classification of four Chinese traditional villages in Zhongfang County of Hunan Province from three aspects of village protection,industrial development and recent construction,focusing on the“planning,construction and management”level.The feedback path of method research and practice not only realizes the original intention of "better guide and improve the current protection and development of traditional villages in Zhongfang County of Hunan Province",systematically guides the protection and development of traditional villages in Zhongfang County of Hunan Province,but also provides reference for the protection and development of similar villages in the western region of Hunan Province,and fully embodies the innovative value of the research to solve the practical problems and realize the sustainable development of traditional villages.
