| With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,"traditional manufacturing" begins to move towards "intelligent manufacturing",and flexible production line,as the necessary basis of manufacturing,is the key to realize intelligent manufacturing.However,at this stage,the system architecture of flexible production line is relatively closed and open,which leads to some deficiencies in scalability and flexibility.At the same time,due to the increasing importance of personalized production demand,it is very important to realize the rapid reconfiguration and flexible expansion of production line business,reduce the time cost of product line business function development and adjustment,so as to quickly respond to production demand.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the platform technology of flexible production line based on microservice architecture and realize the rapid business reconfiguration and integration technology based on configurable.Based on the analysis and modeling of the system structure,function composition,production process and execution control mode of the flexible production line,this paper adopts the domain driven design idea to realize the reasonable separation of the business functions of the production line and form a fine-grained micro service unit,and studies the micro service communication architecture based on message bus,The design of flexible production line master control platform based on microservice architecture is realized to form an open platform with high scalability and flexibility,so as to provide scalable,reconfigurable,system integration services and realize user independent development.In addition,this paper proposes a data modeling technology based on the execution instruction to control the production process.By designing a unified and standardized instruction semantic model,the abstract behavior description of the business process of flexible production line is realized.Based on the instruction execution mode,the unified microservice hierarchical structure model is constructed by using the domain model design idea and the design specification of IEC61499 function block,Finally,based on the distributed execution architecture of microservice,combined with instruction decomposition and composition technology,the rapid reconfiguration of production line business and service arrangement are realized,so as to quickly respond to production requirements.Finally,based on the design of the master control platform of the flexible production line,the specific implementation is carried out through software programming,and the application and verification are carried out combined with the actual production line. |
