| Since the hydraulic oil will produce energy loss in order to overcome the viscosity of the liquid and cause the temperature to rise during the flow process,the hydraulic system must be designed as a heat balance system.Therefore,most hydraulic system failures are usually manifested in the form of heat generation.However,due to the strong differences and highly non-linear characteristics of the hydraulic system,the reasons for the system heat generation are complex and diverse,and it is difficult to quickly and accurately find out by relying solely on the personal experience of the maintenance personnel.The reason for the failure cannot meet the requirements of modern hydraulic systems for efficient and safe work.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing fault diagnosis technology,this paper combines faults tree analysis,thermal balance theory and faults injection technology to conduct a diagnosis study on the heating faults of a certain type of tower crane jacking hydraulic system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the thermal balance theory,establish a general thermal balance calculation model for hydraulic system heating faults.Based on the existing hydraulic system faults diagnosis methods,give a hydraulic system heating based on faults injection and thermal balance calculation based on faults tree analysis faults diagnosis method,and the use of faults tree method to analyze the heating faults of the tower crane jacking hydraulic system.(2)Based on the AMESim thermal fluid simulation module,a simulation sub-model of common hydraulic components was established from the perspective of thermal balance.On this basis,a thermal balance simulation model of the tower crane jacking hydraulic system was built,and the correctness of the model was verified by comparison with theoretical calculations.(3)In view of the possible causes of the heating of the tower crane jacking hydraulic system diagnosed by the faults tree method,the faults injection model of the corresponding hydraulic components is established,and the system faults status is simulated by adjusting the faults injection parameters,and the faults conditions under different faults conditions are analyzed.Oil temperature change curve.(4)Use the comprehensive cylinder test bench to simulate the jacking load,and connect to the tower crane jacking hydraulic system with faults,real-time detection of system pressure,flow rate and oil temperature and other parameters,and the results of thermal balance simulation diagnosis based on faults injection A comprehensive comparison was made to find out the main cause of the heating faults,and based on this,the faults removal was realized,thus verifying the feasibility of the above method. |
