| Tibet is severely cold and oxygen-poor,and the plant growth environment is harsh,and the energy supply system of the prefabricated plant factory can make full use of solar energy and provide suitable conditions for the normal growth of plants.Overcoming the technical problems based on photovoltaic and solar thermal technology to effectively solve the energy supply of plant factories has relatively important theoretical value and engineering practical significance.Taking the prefabricated plant factory of the Energy Research Demonstration Center of Tibet Autonomous Region as the research object,using numerical simulation and experimental research methods,according to the unique climate characteristics and energy demand of plant factories in high-cold and high-altitude areas,the heat load and electric load of plant factories are selected.As the main load,coordinated use of solar thermal and thinfilm power generation technology to provide energy for the plant factory system.First,analyze and calculate the heat load and electrical load of the plant factory;then,optimize the design and equipment selection of the energy supply system of the prefabricated plant factory.The energy supply system selects a system driven by air-type solar collectors and heat pumps.The plant factory is heated,and the interior design temperature of the plant factory is 15°C;the cadmium telluride thin film battery is selected to supply power for the plant factory,the ANSYS(2019)software is used to verify the cadmium telluride thin film module,and the PVSYST software is used to perform the photovoltaic power generation system.Simulation shows that the designed installed capacity of the thin-film low-light power generation system is 14 k W.Finally,the energy supply system of the prefabricated plant factory was tested and studied,and the reliability of the design was verified.The test results: 1)The heat supply of the assembled solar vacuum tube collector can ensure the normal growth of plants;2)The power supply of the solar cadmium telluride thin film battery is 14 k W,and the selection and design of the energy supply system of the assembled solar plant factory is reasonable and reliable.This system provides a reference for the demonstration and promotion of solar-based plant factories in high-cold and highaltitude areas,and provides a solution to the needs of people’s livelihood in high-cold and high-altitude areas.Figure 37;Table 15;References 56... |
