Hydraulic pump,bearing and other rotating machinery parts play an important role in China’s modern industrial production,and its condition monitoring and fault diagnosis research is of great significance.In this paper,the fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump and rolling bearing is studied based on Autogram.The main research is as follows:1)For the problem that the outlet pressure signal of hydraulic pump is easy to be polluted by strong noise,the Autogram is used to extract the feature information for fault diagnosis of the pressure signal.The simulated and measured fault signal tested and verify the effectiveness of the method.2)In view of the problem that the fault vibration signal of hydraulic pump is disturbed by the strong background noise,which results in the failure feature extraction based on Autogram.,the kurtosis is replaced by power spectral entropy which is very sensitive to fault feature information,and thus PSE-Autogram is proposed.The effectiveness and superiority of PSE-Autogram are tested and verified by simulation and experimental.3)Imprecise decomposition of MODWPT,and the feature information distribution of SGMD is too scattered.In order to solve the above problems,the MODWPT is replaced by SGMD with good spectrum thinning ability,and the SGMD components of rich characteristic information are selected by AC kurtosis,and thus SGMD-Autogram is proposed.The simulated and measured fault signal test and verify the effectiveness of the method.4)Aiming at the problem that AC in Autogram is easily disturbed by strong background noise,which makes it difficult to diagnose the inner ring fault of rolling bearing,this paper replaces AC with log-SAM,and change the processing flow of the original Autogram,and thus an improved Autogram is proposed.The simulated and measured fault signal test and verify the effectiveness of the method.Figure 63;Table 8;Reference 62...
