Research On The Sealing Technology Of Door And Window Opening Structure In The Retrofitting Of Existing Buildings

In the early Chinese and foreign buildings,masonry structure is one of the indispensable structures.Due to the low strength of masonry structure,and with the development of The Times,the early masonry structure can not meet the seismic requirements of the present,so it is indispensable for the reinforcement and reconstruction of the existing buildings.For this reason,the door and window opening structure plugging is selected to carry out experimental research in the reinforcement and reconstruction scheme.A total of 5 walls were designed in the experiment,among which one wall was solid wall and one wall with Windows.These two walls were used as the control group,and the other three walls were blocked walls with window opening structure.The blocking forms were in turn ordinary brick masonry,reinforced masonry and concrete pouring.The seismic performance,shear bearing capacity,integrity,displacement ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of each wall under horizontal reciprocating force were tested by pseudo-static tests,and the influence of different sealing forms on the seismic performance of the wall was analyzed.Experimental results show that three kinds of sealing form,for the wall with poor performance increase amplitude is common brick masonry block form,the seal form in block masonry,the brick and mortar density is not good,high strength grouting material for processing generates a gap,so common brick masonry block form for the wall of the performance improvement rate is not high.Masonry plugging and pouring concrete plugging after reinforcement planting will improve the performance of the wall.The best effect is pouring concrete plugging,which uses C30 concrete.The elastic modulus and strength of C30 concrete are greater than that of masonry,so the concrete pouring plugging form has the best effect.Figure 39;Table 9;Reference 50...
