Internet of Vehicles(Io V)is one of the seven hot scenarios of mobile edge computing,and Vehicular Mobile Edge Computing(VMEC)is the integration of mobile edge computing and Io V.However,the mobility of vehicles brings great challenges to VMEC in mobility management: vehicles need to connect different edge networks in the process of moving.When the vehicle is far away from the currently accessed edge network,if there is still an unfinished service on this edge server,the service needs to be migrated.At this time,not only the choice of the network but also the choice of the migration target edge server needs to be considered.Therefore,selecting the right network and migrating services to the right edge server can reduce the impact of network selection and service migration,thus safeguarding the user experience.This thesis focuses on the problem of how to select the network and formulate the service migration strategy for a single user in the mobile process of VMEC.And on this basis,it investigates how to carry out network selection and service migration for multi-users.The main work of this thesis is as follows:To solve the problem of how to make network selection and service migration strategy for a single user in the process of mobility,an online network selection and service migration strategy(ONSSM)is designed in this thesis.The latency and energy consumption involved in making service network selection and migration strategies are taken into account.All the latencys and energy consumption generated by the user in the mobile process are regarded as the total cost of the user,and the total cost of the user is reduced by selecting the approptiate network and reducing the negative impact caused by service migration.This strategy solves the problem of how to make an appropriate network selection and service migration strategy for a single user under the condition of minimizing the total cost of the user.To solve the problem of how to make network selection and service migration strategy for multi-users in the process of mobility,a network selection and service migration strategy based on particle swarm algorithm(PSA-NSSM)is designed.First of all,the fitness function of latency and energy consumption is established;secondly,the queuing latency prediction algorithm is used to estimate the queuing latency of the service;finally,according to the fitness function,particle optimization is used to reduce the total cost of the system.PSA-NSSM strategy solves the problem of how to make appropriate network selection and service migration strategy for multi-users under the condition of minimizing the total system overhead.
