| As a temporary support structure in the construction process,the formwork support system is indispensable in the construction of concrete structures.With the vigorous development of the construction industry,the height,span,height and shape of the building structure are getting higher,larger and newer.As a result,the design of formwork support systems has become more and more complex.At present,there are still many accidents caused by the collapse of the formwork in construction projects,and there are still some lags and deficiencies in the design and research of formwork.The investigation revealed that there are many different design situations for different forms and sizes of building structures.The key to formwork design is the layout and construction drawings of the poles.Although the construction drawings are designed for each project,many of them are not scientific and reasonable,and even endanger safety.Although some scholars have done a lot of research on the height and step distance of the sweeping pole of the formwork support system,there are few researches on the arrangement method of the pole of the formwork support system,which is for systematic research and better ensure the safety and scientific design of formwork engineering.Reasonable,it has important theoretical significance and practical practical significance for its in-depth study.In the current specification,some related requirements for the arrangement of vertical poles have been specified,but there are no restrictions on actual conditions such as whether to erect poles under the beams and the arrangement of vertical poles under specific conditions.Therefore,the internal force,deformation and stability of the frame are very necessary for the design guidance of actual engineering construction drawings when studying the different layout methods of the formwork support system.In this paper,ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to conduct a comprehensive and systematic research on the arrangement method of fastener-type steel pipe formwork support poles.It is mainly divided into the comparison and analysis of different methods for the arrangement of vertical poles under the beam,the comparison and analysis of the different layout methods of the vertical poles under the slab,and the analysis of the force performance of different combinations of the beam-slab structure support poles.The research method is combined with segmentation and concentration.Scientific and reasonable pole arrangement method.First of all,this paper takes the joint semi-rigidity as the prerequisite,establishes a ubiquitous finite element model that is closer to the actual engineering situation,and obtains the side displacement,internal force and fasteners of the frame without pole support and pole support under the beam Calculation results under various working conditions such as slip.The maximum size limit of the beam cross section that meets the anti-slip bearing capacity of the fastener when there is no vertical support under the non-high formwork beam is given.The analysis gives the conclusion and basis of the requirements for the establishment of poles under the body beam of the high-supported formwork.Secondly,although the "Technical Code for Safety of Construction Formwork" provides that when the distance between the beam under the beam and the under slab is inconsistent along the beam span direction,the beam under the beam should extend under the two sides of the slab,but it does not address this type of The working conditions are specified accordingly,and the research of this article analyzes the situation in detail and puts forward reasonable design suggestions.Finally,the analysis gives the degree of influence of the height of the frame on the bearing capacity and lateral displacement of the frame,and the necessity of the lower vertical rod of the high-supported formwork body beam and the lower vertical rod through the horizontal rod is put forward.The analysis points out that when the height of the frame is the same,the arrangement method of the under-beam and under-plate vertical rods is pulled through to partly pulled through and then completely disconnected.The bearing capacity decreases successively,and the completely unconnected layout method is the most unfavorable.The paper summarizes the overall arrangement method of the vertical poles in the area of the large cross-section beam support.Hope to provide reference for the engineering design of tall formwork and the revision of current specifications. |
