Abstract/Summary:
Energy transformation is an increasingly important topic with the increasing discussion of environmental protection.Photovoltaic power generation has become a hot spot of clean energy utilization cause its quantities advantages.The application of photovoltaic power generation in all aspects of energy consumption is the trend of green development.Off-grid photovoltaic power generation system can expand the whole application system application scenarios.Besides,the application of low temperature plasma in biology has also been widely concerned in recent years.Many studies have found that low temperature plasma has a good performance in promoting plant seed growth,animal wound healing,pathogenic bacteria killing and so on.Pulse plasma is widely used in low temperature plasma because it generates more active substances than other power-driven plasma.On the other hand,Ganoderma lucidum,as a valuable medicinal material,has been found to be rich in Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenoids whose benefits on enhancing immunity of human-being is proved in recent researches.However,the growth quality of Ganoderma lucidum still uneven,so the method of promoting its growth needs to be studied urgently.In this paper,it is novel to combined photovoltaic low voltage with high voltage pulse power supply,which is used to produce low temperature plasma under atmospheric pressure.Then treat Ganoderma lucidum and study the effect on its growth.Established the simulation model and designed the circuit of maximum power point track system of photovoltaic,accomplished the maximum power output.Designed photovoltaic dirved high-voltage pulsed power supply and realized the variable duty,amplitude and frequency.Ganoderma lucidum culture medium and body was treated by atmospheric pulsed plasma source.The addition of photovoltaic power generation makes the whole system more portable and has wider application scenarios.Through statistical analysis,it was found that the stem length and cap area of Ganoderma lucidum increased to different degrees compared with the control group after the treatment of atmospheric pulsed low temperature plasma at appropriate dose.And the plasma temperature was diagnosed by emission spectrometry.
