Metro station construction area of the underground pipeline relocation and protection is an important challenge in urban rail transit construction engineering practice, because of pipelines are numerous in number and variety, pipeline invisibility and high risk, complicated and various constraints surrounding environment, and design means and measures of diversity, consequence severity, etc. For a long time, how to ensure the normal use of these urban "lifelines" while not affecting the needs of rail transit construction and operation has always been the focus and difficulty of all parties. However,in the past, the traditional pipeline relocation and protection scheme formulation method for metro station construction scene is relatively extensive and simple, which cannot meet the requirements of current urban high-quality construction. In this paper, the most special and representative of all kinds of affected municipal pipelines--drainage pipeline is selected as the research object, and the application of drainage pipeline relocation and protection scheme under the construction scene of subway station is deeply studied and analyzed.Firstly, the theory of general pipeline relocation under the influence of foundation pit construction of metro station is analyzed. It includes seven basic principles, five basic methods and corresponding engineering measures of pipeline relocation design, the influence of foundation pit construction of metro station on the deformation and displacement of adjacent underground pipelines, and the commonly used tool for pipeline relocation and protection scheme formulation--BIM technology and the optimal theory and method of pipeline relocation and protection scheme.Secondly, this paper analyzes how to make the drainage pipeline relocation and protection plan, and explains the overall formulation process of the drainage pipeline relocation and protection plan.A four-step judgment method has been established to determine the basic ways for the relocation and protection of drainage pipes. The five basic ways of relocation and protection are permanent relocation, temporary relocation, temporary cutoff(or demolition),in-situ protection(with pipeline protection measures)and in-situ protection(without pipeline protection measures). The contents of the four judgments are respectively within the safe control distance, meeting the relocation conditions, meeting the return conditions and meeting the three special circumstances. The contents, core ideas and results of the four judgements are specified in detail. Finally, combined with the actual case, the model is constructed according to the general methods and steps of the BIM comprehensive model construction described in this paper, and the established BIM comprehensive model is used to guide the pipeline relocation and protection plan formulation, including the rapid statistics of all the pipelines in conflict with the foundation pit construction and affected by the construction. In addition, the spatial and attribute information of all the pipelines are extracted, the basic ways of the final relocation and protection of the pipeline sections to be relocated and protected are determined, and the pipeline protection measures and pipeline relocation paths are further formulated. In this way,we can verify the correctness of the formulation method of pipeline relocation and protection scheme proposed in this paper and the advantages of introducing BIM technology to the formulation of pipeline relocation and protection scheme,so as to provide reference for the formulation of pipeline relocation modeling and application in the construction area of metro station in the future for other similar projects.
