As the core of the development of space industry,the reliable operation of satellite in orbit has been the direction of all countries in the world.As an important part of satellite system in space field,the development of satellite power supply has been paid great attention.The miniaturization and lightweight of satellite power supply has a great influence on reducing launch cost.This paper focuses on the topological structure of integrated satellite power supply,reducing the volume mass and improving the power density of satellite power supply on the basis of reliable satellite operation.The hybrid charge and discharge control system of battery and super capacitor that can run stably under the condition of pulse load.First of all,based on the B~2R converter,the improved coupling inductance B~2R converter is used to achieve a significant increase in the voltage ratio.By combining the B~2R converter and the B~2R converter with coupling inductance sharing a set of capacitor inductors,a new type of coupling inductance B~3R converter is proposed.Analyze the relationship between the voltage ratio,coupling coefficient and duty cycle,calculate the voltage and current values of each component of the converter,and complete the selection of components.Secondly,based on the direct current converter,a new type of converter is proposed through combination,its working process is analyzed,and the voltage ratio curve is obtained by deducing the rise and fall voltage equation.It has the function of reducing the input current ripple of the low voltage port and prolongs the working life of the energy storage terminal of the battery.By analyzing the state space equation of the converter,the relationship between the variables and the output voltage is obtained,and the ability of voltage rise and fall is verified.Based on the multi-port converter,MPPT control is used to achieve the most reasonable input of energy,and virtual impedance control strategy is used to ensure the reasonable distribution of power between energy storage devices,and to balance the unstable power supply of the system under the condition of pulse load.Power allocation of virtual impedance transfer function analysis,draw the Bode diagram design related parameters,when there is instantaneous fluctuation load using virtual impedance characteristics make super capacitor provide instantaneous power quickly,the battery slow delayed response to provide to the power needed for its steady state,reduce its current mutation frequency of the life of storage battery charging and discharging.At last,build a multi-port converter model.It includes a solar photovoltaic input port,a battery energy storage port,a super capacitor port and a pulse power supply port.The maximum power point tracking control is used to ensure the maximum solar input power,and the closed-loop control is used to verify the stability of the system when the load changes instantaneously.The hardware circuit board of the multi-port converter is designed,the pulse power supply is built as the load of the output port,and the hardware modules such as voltage and current detection circuit and drive circuit are designed.
