Spacecraft orbital rendezvous technology plays an important role in space assembly,recovery,replenishment,maintenance,astronaut exchange and rescue.However,due to the high cost of spacecraft,the hardware-in-the-loop closed-loop simulation system constructed by the simulation mechanism can better approach the actual situation and has good real-time performance.Therefore,it is a very wise choice to apply the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform to verify the designed controller.In this paper,the real-time performance of the designed controller is verified based on Links-RT hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the hardware and software composition and development flow of Links-RT hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment platform are introduced.And the Simulink model with I/O interface which can be applied to simulator and flight control board is built.The model has certain universality and can be reused conveniently in the future.Secondly,a time-varying feedback finite-time controller is designed for the spacecraft orbit rendezvous model,and the design steps are given.The controller is applied to the nonlinear model of spacecraft orbit rendezvous and verified by numerical simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation.The results show that in practice,the value of parameter γ cannot be too large,and the controller should be switched to linear time-invariant controller in advance to prevent system divergence.Good results can be achieved even when the value of parameter γ is not very large,and the orbit rendezvous task can be completed.The real-time performance of the control algorithm is verified.Finally,based on the time-varying feedback finite-time controller,two controllers which can modify the parameter γ online are designed and verified by numerical simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation.The results also show that when the value of γ* is not too large,the time-varying feedback controller with on-line updatinggwill make the system converge faster than the time-varying feedback controller designed with expressiong(7)t(8).The real-time performance of the control algorithm is verified.
