Transformer is one of the most important power equipments in the transmission system,so the working state of transformer affects the stability and reliability of transmission network.When the transformer fails,the transformer oil will produce some characteristic gas.At present,the content of dissolved gas in power transformer oil is an important index to judge the working state of transformer.The detection of gas in transformer oil mainly includes multi-gas detection and single-gas detection.And the preferred gas for single-gas detection is hydrogen,so it is of great significance to detect hydrogen concentration in transformer oil.Based on the demand of miniaturization and low concentration detection,the design of hydrogen detection system is completed.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the causes of hydrogen in transformer oil,and points out the scientificity of hydrogen detection in transformer oil.Through a detailed analysis of the working principle of the palladium alloy hydrogen sensor,this thesis shows that the sensor can work in both air and transformer oil.In this thesis,the software and hardware development is completed.Considering that the hydrogen sensor needs a stable working environment,this thesis designs an air chamber which can be used in the air and transformer oil.Cost,power consumption and performance requirements are considered in circuit design.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the detection system,proportional、integral and derivative control algorithm,digital filter algorithm and modular design are used in software programming.By setting up a test environment,the designed hydrogen sensor system has been tested.The test results show that the detection sensitivity of hydrogen sensor system is 1.4257mv/ppm,and the detection limit is 0.50 ppm in the air.The detection is 0.905 mv/ppm,and the detection limit is 4.23 ppm in the transformer oil.The results show that the hydrogen sensor system can achieve low concentration measurement of hydrogen in transformer oil.The system has excellent in situ detection ability.The designed system can detect hydrogen in transformer oil in the air and detect hydrogen directly in transformer oil.The system has high practical value.
