| As a backbone force in the navy of various countries,submarines have the characteristics of high endurance,high mobility and strong concealment.With the progress of sonar technology,the stealth performance of submarine itself is also improving.In order to ensure that the submarine can obtain better concealment performance,studying the influence of the rudder wing structure on the target strength is of great significance to the development of the submarine.In this paper,with the goal of study the target strength of underwater rudder,based on the planar element,study the influence of various design parameters of rudder wing on its target strength.By summarizing a large number of underwater target strength data of the rudder wing,the prediction map of the rudder wing target strength is given.The accuracy and reliability of the prediction map were verified by acoustic experiments.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the planar element,genetic algorithm and layered medium theory,calculation various design parameters of rudder wing.By changing the airfoil,aspect ratio,shell thickness,inclination and other factors of the rudder wing,analyze the influence of these parameters on target strength,also use different sound absorption materials,antiacoustic materials and sound transmission materials to explore the influence of materials on the target strength.Secondly,based on the previous calculation,dimensionless design parameters of rudder.Then based on the height of the rudder,let the inclination of the rudder as the main factor,different working conditions under various changes are given.Calculation of target strength under these conditions,arithmetic average of these result as target strength forecast,fill the target strength forecast in tables to form a database and atlas.For conventional rudder models,the target strength can be predicted quickly by database and atlas.Finally,select a rudder as the original rudder,according to the atlas select an optimized type as the improved rudder.Through the acoustic tests on these two rudder wings,compare target strength obtained by experiment and map interpolation to verify the accuracy of rudder-wing atlas.And by comparing the target strength prediction values of the original rudder and the improved rudder,to verify the feasibility of improving rudder based on atlas... |
