China has introduced Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe(PCCP)technology in the late 1980 s and has formed its own preliminary design,construction and research system.However,PCCP has large dead weight,complex process,low concrete strength and poor durability.In this project,ultra-high Performance Concrete(UHPC)is used to replace the traditional ordinary Concrete,and the structural optimization design and analysis are carried out on the traditional pipe.The structure calculation process and method are given.Finite element software is used to simulate the response of the pipe under complex working conditions during installation and operation and analysis is carried out.The thesis mainly includes the following contents:In this thesis,combined with the current code and the pipe form,the optimization design idea of prestressed steel tube concrete pipe is put forward,and the structure calculation method of new pipe is given.Combined with the practical problems of water conveyance project,the structural design theory of the two optimized schemes is analyzed from the analysis of verti cal earth pressure,lateral earth pressure and ground vehicle load,etc.The optimized structural calculation formula is given,and the calculation example is analyzed.The QT framework of C++ is adopted for development,and the calculation software that can complete the structural operation under normal working conditions is designed.QT framework is used for the development of user graphical interface and manual document export,and the core code is pure C++ calculation code.The engineer may enter the basic design conditions to obtain a structural form that meets the structural requirements and obtain a structural calculation book.According to the conventional load conditions,the basic dimensions of two kinds of optimized prestressed steel tube ultra-high performance concrete tube and prestressed ultra-high performance concrete tube are given.Through the establishment of prestressed ultra high performance concrete pipe model,analysis of its installation and operation process of safety.Numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the optimized prestressed ultra-high performance concrete pipe in various working conditions,and seven analysis steps are adopted to load the prestressed ultra-high performance concrete pipe,so as to verify the safety of the pipe from installation to use.After adopting the structural optimization design scheme,the cost of single concrete material increases by 80% ~ 90% and the amount of concrete used for pipe material decreases by about 50%.After replacing the steel cyli nder with prestressed reinforcement,the steel quantity is only equal to 20% of the steel cylinder,which realizes the lightening of the product and the reduction of hoisting and transportation cost.
