| With the increasing demand of regional resources and the depletion of traditional energy,it is helpful to study the regional resource endowment sufficiently,which will motivate renewable energy vitality.Additionally,the optimization of regional energy structure can expand the diversity of energy structure,improve the complementarity between multiple energy,and balance the contradiction between energy supply and demand.Therefore,the paper takes the regional energy structure as the research object and aims to propose a calculation method that integrates load estimation methods,regional resource endowment assessment,regional energy structure evaluation system,energy structure optimization model,and spatial clustering and partitioning algorithm.In this paper,the grids divided by urban planning were used as the basic unit to study the properties of the regional grid,and design the calculation methods including load estimation,resource endowment assessment,cooling and heating system economy,and carbon emissions.Further,the suitability of the regional energy structure was evaluated by utilizing weighted sum of entropy values according to the evaluation system(including a total of 9 secondary indicators and 4 primary indicators)established based on four aspects of society,economy,environment,and resources.Subsequently,the optimized energy structure was obtained by constructing regional energy structure optimization model,which used the evaluation index as the objective function,and the calculation of case data considering constraint conditions from various aspects.On this basis,the K-means spatial clustering algorithm was used to cluster the zones with load differences by taking the spatial location coordinates and the attributes of cooling and heating loads as the classification indexes,so as to further optimize the energy structure of the zones,and compare the differences between the energy structure optimization of the zones and the overall area.The results of the case analysis show that in the comprehensive evaluation,the gas systems are lack of applicability,however,solar systems and heat pump systems have greater superiority.Besides,the results of weight calculation between entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process are various.The overall optimized energy structure of the region is distinctive under different optimization goals.Water and coal resources account for a relatively high proportion.And all of energy structures include solar energy and biomass resources.As for the energy structure of the districts,the results are quite different.The energy structure with a large load per unit area in a region presents to be diversified,while the energy structure with a small load per unit area in a region is singular.After summarizing the optimized energy structure of each district,compared with the entire region,under different optimization goals the initial investment in the construction of the cooling and heating system will be reduced by about 10%.And the annual cost and carbon emissions will be increased by 20% and over 20%,respectively. |
