In recent years,my country’s investment in the construction of power systems has continued to increase,and the coverage of power grids has become wider and wider.Following this,the frequency of galloping accidents of transmission lines has increased year by year.Dancing has become one of the main causes of hidden circuit safety hazards,and has become a focus of research in various countries.The use of transmission line galloping monitoring technology can obtain the key parameters of transmission line galloping,which is particularly important for studying the mechanism of galloping and analyzing the factors that affect galloping.There are many solutions for the galloping monitoring technology of transmission lines.Among them,the monitoring technology based on video capture with its non-contact measurement characteristics can greatly save the time cost and economic cost of installing and fixing the measuring device,and reduce the researcher’s regular maintenance of equipment Workload.At the same time,the monitoring program based on the video acquisition method can play a good role in monitoring the galloping parameters of the transmission line.Therefore,the video monitoring method is increasingly applied to the related fields of power transmission line galloping monitoring,and is continuously improved and developed.Based on the above background,this article relies on the Android platform,combined with the visual target detection algorithm and target tracking algorithm,to carry out research on the galloping monitoring technology of transmission lines.According to the overall technical route of the galloping monitoring of transmission lines,the entire galloping monitoring system is designed.The plan covers the determination of system evaluation indicators,system composition and division,and experimental design of the monitoring system.Aiming at the used STC target tracking algorithm,TLD target tracking algorithm and YOLO visual detection algorithm,this article elaborates its algorithm principle and core idea in detail,explains a series of steps for algorithm programming,and designs related experiments to conduct algorithm performance indicators.test.The results show that the selected algorithms have achieved good results.Based on the Android mobile phone hardware environment,the Android client program and cloud server program were developed,and the software was tested for functionality,compatibility,and network delay against the software evaluation indicators.The test results showed that the software met the functional requirements.Based on the above theoretical research and hands-on practice,the debugged image processing algorithm set is transplanted to the Android platform.So as to construct a power transmission line galloping monitoring system.Finally,an experiment to measure the parameters of galloping frequency and amplitude is designed,and the experimental monitoring results are analyzed,which verifies the feasibility of the overall technical route in this paper.
