| With the development of economy,the requirement of building interior comfort has been gradually improved.External wall insulation system is widely used,but in the process of service has also produced many problems.For example,there are hollow drums,cracks,water seepage and insulation layer peeling of external insulation of buildings.Therefore,this thesis combines COMSOL simulation and experimental research to investigate the effect of wind on the external wall insulation system,to synthesize the failure mechanism of external wall insulation system,and to optimize the performance of bonding mortar on this basis.The main research contents include:(1)Adopting COMSOL simulation to study the failure mechanism of external wall insulation system: analyze the effect of single wall,different thermal conductivity bonding mortar,different bonding area insulation board and different bonding forms on the wall temperature and strain of external wall insulation system of building under the action of high temperature rain cycle and freeze-thaw cycle.(2)Employing wind simulation to study the effect of wind load on the external wall insulation system: analyze the wind speed and wind pressure distribution of low-story buildings and high-rise buildings under the effect of extreme wind load,and study the effect of wind load on the external wall insulation system of buildings according to the wind speed distribution and wind pressure distribution diagram.(3)Using hierarchical analysis to study the failure mechanism of external wall insulation system: firstly,the physical properties of individual raw materials(bonded mortar and insulation board)are studied;then the performance evolution of external wall insulation system as a whole under the action of high temperature rain cycle and freezethaw cycle is studied comprehensively.In the process,the microscopic morphology of bonded mortar,pore size distribution of bonded mortar,bond strength of insulation board and base wall and stress distribution between insulation boards are analyzed.(4)Optimizing the performance of binder mortar: To improve the flexibility of the binder mortar and enhance the bond strength between the binder mortar and the insulation board,the bonding mortar is optimized by adding dispersible glue powder and compounding with appropriate amount of mineral admixture.After determining the optimized ratio,the mechanical properties,bonding properties,frost resistance,shrinkage properties,thermal conductivity and microscopic morphological changes of the optimized binder mortar were tested. |
