| As a new type of structural system,prefabricated reinforced block masonry structure has gradually begun to be popularized in various engineering applications due to the characteristics of saving formwork,better strength and ductility,along with the development of China’s construction industrialization.The prefabricated reinforced block masonry shear wall structure involves the problem of stability during the process of disassembly,assembly and prefabrication.The purpose of this paper is to be able to automatically deepen the design drawings of assembled reinforced block masonry in CAD.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the secondary development theory and technical principles,the second part of Auto CAD on the.NET platform In-depth discussion and research on the method of sub-development to achieve automatic splitting.The main research contents are as follows:1.Analyzed the application characteristics and requirements of the prefabricated reinforced block masonry shear wall structure.According to the characteristics of the prefabricated reinforced block masonry structure,the opening setting,wall prefabrication and installation stability,hoisting equipment were studied Based on the comprehensive consideration of the above factors and the comprehensive consideration of the above-mentioned factors,the key factors such as type selection affect the wall splitting.Under the premise that automatic drawing splitting design can be realized,a set of prefabricated hollow block masonry wall size control and splitting design methods are proposed.2.In order to meet the overall demand analysis and automation of the wall splitting,the secondary development of Auto CAD is adopted to realize the rapid identification and calculation of the distance between the center of gravity of the wall and the crane,which can meet the requirements of the rated lifting capacity of the equipment.The distance between the center of gravity of the wall and the crane automatically calculates the split interval and splits the wall automatically to achieve the purpose of controlling component weight and splitting standardization.3.According to the principle of block arrangement of bite-chasing masonry,through computer algorithm,the block diagram of split components is drawn on the plan to realize the serial number marking of different types of blocks,and statistics of various types of blocks used by the components analysis. |
