Research On Supervision Quality Control Of ZL Aircraft Disassembly Base Construction Project

The quality of building products is not only related to national life and asset safety,but also affects the sustainable development of social construction.With the rapid development of domestic economy,the number of capital construction is increasing day by day,and the quality level of construction has been paid more and more attention by the society,which has become the key to the success or failure of the project.As a participant in project construction,project supervision plays a special role and plays an extremely key role in supervising the whole construction process.Its main work content is to control the quality,investment and schedule of the project,among which the core task of quality control supervision is.Only by giving full play to the supervision rol e of the supervisor and strictly controlling the project quality during the project construction process can the quality standard of the final building products meet the expected requirements.In this paper,the supervision quality control of ZL aircraft d ismantling base construction project is taken as the research object.Firstly,the research background and significance of the selected project are elaborated in detail.By using literature analysis,field investigation,chart analysis and the author’s practical experience,the problems existing in the quality management of the project and the reasons leading to these problems are analyzed.Then,effective supervision quality methods and measures are taken from three parts: project preparation,project construction process and final completion acceptance.
