The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that innovation is the first driving force leading development,and building a modern economy needs innovation as the guarantee of development.From the macro level,it is a long-term plan to speed up the construction of an innovative country.From the micro level,innovation is the most important quality of enterprise management and the symbol of enterprise vitality.The performance of enterprises depends largely on the technical staff.The effective operation of the enterprise staff training system can meet the human resource needs of the enterprise to implement the development strategy,reduce the operation and management costs and maintain the innovation power of the enterprise.With the rapid development of Internet plus,the diversification of training methods and training methods has made it possible for employees to learn online.This paper from the case of online learning of LMTM R&D project personnel,has conducted a thorough discussion on the effect of online learning from multidimensional perspective,with a view to enriching the Research on human resource management and business management.This paper focuses on the enterprise R&D project personnel online learning effect and improvement measures.This paper uses the method of case study and empirical research,through the analysis of the current situation of online learning of R&D project personnel in LMTM company,around the existing problems and main reasons,puts forward targeted measures to improve the effect of online learning,in order to improve the efficiency and effect of online learning of R&D project personnel.First of all,this paper defines the uniqueness of online learning for R&D project personnel,and points out that online learning for R&D project personnel is a new means of employee training.Moreover,for R&D project personnel who are core knowledge type employees,online learning platform is different from previous employees’ spontaneous online learning in terms of hardware,software and management system,and the former is more prominent.It also points out the foresight of knowledge,the convenience of use and the popularity of use.Secondly,this paper uses the method of case study to investigate and analyze the current situation of online learning of LMTM R&D project personnel,and finds that the online learning performance of LMTM R&D project personnel is not optimistic,which is reflected in the relatively weak willingness of employees to learn online;although through the use of online learning platform,employees’ R&D ability and transformation of R&D achievements have been improved to a certain extent.However,it cannot be ignored that in the use process,there are still problems of low frequency of use.Due to imperfect hardware facilities and low content expansibility,at the same time,many internal and external factors,such as project type,staff learning habits,and the attention of senior managers,will affect the use performance of the learning platform.Finally,considering that the online learning of R&D project personnel is a learning database and has the nature of online communication and online inter active e-learning training system,this paper puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions for LMTM company,focusing on system construction,content courses,learning management system and other aspects,combined with the current problems to be solved,and puts forward some counter measures suggestions.
