Study On Urban Color Planning Of Jixi City-heilongjiang Province

China with a long history and a time-honored,diversified urban landscape style.However,with the rapid development of modern cities and the emergence of increasingly complicated urban problems over the past two decades,Chinese urban color generated in historical context have also been destroyed.Seeking and studying the unique color characteristics of different cities has become an issue that cannot be ignored at present.Urban style planning and design have become a problem to be solved urgently in current urban construction.Jixi City as one of the resource-oriented cities in Heilongjiang Province has suffered a certain degree of damage in its urban color due to the rapid development of the city in recent years and many years’ exploitation of resources.Currently,taking a new route of transformation and development,Jixi municipal party committee and government have attached great importance to the construction of urban color.Therefore,this paper aims at researching how to provide countermeasures for urban color problems by planning means so as to highlight the city’s keynote and features under the nowadays rapid urban development,and how to inherit the city’s cultural context and regional characteristics.This paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and international research situation of urban color planning,obtains a comprehensive understanding of the current basic theories and methods related to urban color planning.At the same,this paper analyzes urban color planning cases in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province and Jimo City,Shandong Province,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research in this paper.By investigating and analyzing the current urban color situation in the main urban area of Jixi City,this paper analyzes the status quo from three aspects of the environmental color,architectural color and urban facility color in the main urban area of Jixi City by starting from the historical evolution and development process.Then,after obtaining the characteristic performance,the paper concludes urban color problems existing in Jixi City.The main reasons include the vague concept of urban color,a lack of overall positioning and direction of urban color.In addition,different types of urban color including environmental color,architectural color,and color of urban facilities are disorderly and featureless.Administrative departments have not taken scientific and standardized management of urban color.Based on comprehensive analysis of many elements such as landscape environment,main streets,key buildings,this paper looks deep into the existing problems to find the cause of the current situation and analyze the root cause.After summarizing the problems and analyzing the reasons,through close cooperation with Jixi Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government,in combination with the actual situation,this paper proposes the guiding ideology and overall orientation of Jixi City’s color planning,and constructs the overall structure of distinctive features of "three axis,two districts,and four nodes" for color planning.On the basis of the overall positioning and the overall structure of distinctive features,this paper puts forward countermeasures for improving environmental color,architectural color selection principles at the macro level,recommendations for regional color systems at the meso level,and countermeasures for architectural color matching at the micro level,countermeasures for mobile color and public facility color planning,as well as the future color design trends.Finally this paper proposes urban color standard management initiative for the administrative departments so as to help Jixi City’s urban construction closely integrate with color planning,and develop continuously with plan,objective and connotation.
