In today’s society,with the continuous development of social politics and economy,human beings constantly put forward higher requirements for the quality of drinking water.The water purification plant is the main place to produce qualified drinking water,and the water purification process is the"soul"for each water purification plant to organize production and implement safe water supply.In order to strengthen the overall management of water resources and improve the quality of people’s drinking water,from 2006 to 2007,China revised and implemented the drinking water sanitation standard(GB5749-2006),which increased from 43 items to 106 items in different categories,adding many new indicators.Jinan,Shandong Province is located in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,which is one of the areas with serious water shortage in China.There are two large water purification plants in the city:Quehua water plant,which was built in 1984,and Yuqing water plant,which was built in 1999.The design scale of the two water plants is 400000 m3/D,which is responsible for 90%of the daily water supply task of Jinan City.In order to adapt to the new water supply situation and task,Quehua water plant modernized its first stage old process in 2011,namely,the process of"Coagulation-Precipitation-Filtration-Liquid chlorine disinfection"was transformed into the process of"Central high density sedimentation tank-Ozone catalytic oxidation contact chamber-Upflow Biological Activated Carbon filter-V sand filter-Liquid chlorine disinfection".The raw water of Quehua water plant comes from Queshan reservoir.The turbidity of raw water is kept below 10 NTU throughout the year.The water temperature is lower than 10℃for about 105-125 days every year,and the p H value is basically between 7.5-8.6.According to the problem of raw water quality of Quehua water plant,this paper determines the process operation process and parameters of the process operation after the transformation of the water plant,and carries out the commissioning and optimization of the key technology high-density sedimentation tank,as well as the later operation effect analysis.After the technological transformation of Quehua water plant,the average removal rate of turbidity,permanganate index,UV254and ammonia nitrogen of"O3-BAC"advanced treatment process is 8.41%,89.41%,86.77%and 16.92%higher than that of conventional treatment process.In addition to the analysis and evaluation of the treatment and operation effect of the water plant process,the economic analysis and feasibility evaluation of the process after the process transformation.After a long-term continuous operation,the removal efficiency of Turbidity,UV254,TOC,permanganate index and other indicators of the advanced treatment process of Quehua water plant is obvious,and the removal efficiency of organic pollutants,ammonia nitrogen,odor substances and disinfection by-product precursors are significantly higher than the original conventional treatment process.The main process of"Central high density sedimentation tank-Ozone catalytic oxidation contact chamber-Upflow Biological Activated Carbon filter-V sand filter-Liquid chlorine disinfection"is suitable for the treatment of the water from the Yellow River Reservoir of Queshan reservoir,and the current operation parameters can ensure that the water quality of the effluent under the condition of inlet water quality is up to the standard.
