The expressway system is a complex traffic system which is composed of the network system of hardware base and the dynamic flow system in and out of the expressway network.Expressway is the product of regional city and economic development.In the process of evolution,the road level and the traffic level increasingly show the heterogeneous characteristics of network.As a theoretical tool to analyze and study the real system,the basic research process of complex network is to abstract the system with the real background into the complex network graph model,analyze the network attributes on the basis of the network topology structure and the complex network characteristic operator as the carrier,and then make further research according to the research needs and direction.Common research contents include network evolution mechanism,node importance analysis,community discovery and destruction resistance analysis,etc.In the study of expressway network,previous studies mainly focus on the hardware basic subsystem of the expressway system from the perspective of view,that is,the analysis at the road level,and the network model adopted is single-layer network.However,the expressway system is formed by the combined action of the hardware road network and the traffic flow travel network,so a single study in one field will make the conclusion one-sided.In order to better grasp the characteristics and structure of the expressway system,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the vehicle travel level,OD level and road level,forming a new research perspective and re-excavate the complex structure of the network.These research contents will provide innovative theoretical tools for the understanding and operation management optimization of the expressway system and have more practical guiding significance.According to the connotation of the expressway system,the road network composed of hardware road facilities,the travel network composed of the travel traffic flow on the road and the OD network composed of the travel direction of the traffic flow,this paper establishes the multi-layer complex network of the expressway composed of the above three types of networks.Based on the theory of multi-layer complex network and the actual background of expressway system,firstly,the characteristic operators of different network layers are proposed,and the overall topology of each network layer is analyzed by statistical comparison and analysis method to explore its structural differences.Secondly,take node importance and community discovery theory as the main research content of complex characteristics of the network,construct appropriate node importance algorithms for the topological structure and attribute meaning of different network layers,discover key nodes and compare node characteristics in the sense of different network layers The complexity of attributes,based on the study of the importance of nodes,according to the community discovery theory and data mining clustering ideas,establishes a highway community discovery algorithm based on the importance of nodes,deeply explores the potential communities of the network,and comprehensively evaluates the network structure.Provide theoretical basis for studying the complex characteristics of expressway network.Finally,according to the main conclusions of the expressway network feature operator,node importance and community discovery,suggestions are made for expressway construction and operation management.Main innovation points of this paper is to travel by road network,network and OD network formed by the union of the three new perspective on the highway system and show the new complex structure of the research,and put forward the adaptation in the process of research on the node importance of highway system and to guide the clustering algorithm system association segmentation method,and enrich the theory in the application.The case adopted in this paper is part of the expressway system in Guangdong Province.The data base is expressway toll data and geographic information data.With Python,Gephi and Origin as analysis tools,the topological model of the complex network of part of expressway in Guangdong Province is established,and the statistical analysis is made according to characteristic operators.It is concluded that most of the characteristic operators of the network have scale-free or small-world characteristics,that is,there are some complex characteristics at different layers of the network.According to the corresponding node importance algorithm,it is concluded that the different characteristics of the operator of scale-free or small world characteristics is not consistent on each node,according to the result defines the key of the highway network connected nodes and key generation,key distribution node,the grey correlation fusion algorithm for three kinds of node importance has carried on the analysis of comprehensive evaluation;By combining the idea of data mining clustering with the theory of complex network community discovery,this paper mines the potential network groups,subdivides the network nodes into four types of communities,compares and analyzes their characteristic attributes and spatial geographical distribution,and synthesizes the complex network structure. |
