With the deepening of research and development of steel-concrete composite structures,the form of steel-concrete composite shear walls has been proposed.Compared with ordinary reinforced concrete shear walls,steel-concrete composite shear walls exert the performance advantages of two materials,and have obvious improvement in bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation performance.It is a kind of excellent member for resistance of lateral force.Among them,the double-skin steel-concrete composite shear wall is formed by filling a cavity formed by outer steel plates with concrete.The outer steel plates can also be used as a concrete formwork,eliminating the need for steel bar binding and supporting formwork,which has outstanding advantages.Our team has successively proposed three new types of composite shear walls,namely: the sheer wall composed of steel plate and joint-row concrete filled steel tube,double-skin steel-concrete composite shear wall with cavities and stiffeners,double-skin steelconcrete composite shear wall with seams.The main purpose of this paper is to take the series of new composite shear walls proposed by our team as the research object,combined with experimental phenomena,use finite element simulation to conduct in-depth research on the mechanical performance,derive the calculation formula for the bearing capacity of the new composite shear wall,and provide guidance for the practical engineering application of this type of composite shear wall.The specific content includes the following aspects:(1)Finite element simulation of the new composite shear wallUsing the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,select appropriate constitutive models,boundary conditions and contact conditions to model the test specimens,and verify the rationality of the finite element model through the test results,indicating that the model can be used for subsequent in-depth analysis.(2)Research on the mechanical performance and parameter analysis of the new composite shear wallBased on the finite element model,conduct in-depth research on the new composite shear wall,analyze the stress and strain development and distribution of each component of the test specimens,calculate the bearing capacity contribution of each component,and explore the mechanism of the new composite shear wall.And select standard specimens for parametric analysis to explore the main factors affecting the bearing capacity of the specimens.(3)Calculation and design suggestions for the bearing capacity of the new composite shear wallBased on the failure mode and characteristics of the test and the finite element model,the calculation formula for the bearing capacity of the normal section and the oblique section of the new composite shear wall are derived,and the calculation results are in good agreement with the results of the test and finite element model.Based on the research on the mechanism of the new composite shear wall and the calculation of its bearing capacity,guidance are provied for the practical engineering application of this type of composite shear wall. |
