With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the number of motor vehicles in March 2020 has reached about 365 million.The increase in the number of motor vehicles is not only a manifestation of the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,but also puts forward higher requirements for the maintenance of road facilities in my country.As an important node connecting highway facilities,concrete bridges have matured since the construction of long-span bridges in the 1990 s.By 2020,the total number of highway bridges in my country has reached 805,000.In these bridges,most of the deck remains constructed by cement concrete structure.In the long-term scientific research and engineering practice,the cement concrete bridge deck paving is regarded as a kind of auxiliary facilities of the bridge deck,or as part of the “white to black” project of ordinary cement concrete pavement,thus making the domestic concrete bridge deck paving Installation research lags behind actual engineering needs,and there are many shortcomings.In recent years,in order to reduce maintenance work time and improve the quality of maintenance work,the use of thin-layer asphalt mixture for maintenance has become a new type of maintenance method in economically developed areas,and has gradually been accepted and recognized by practitioners.In this context,thin layer SMA,Nova Chip,UTAC,OGFC and other thin layer asphalt mixtures are widely used in various maintenance projects.However,when ordinary thin-layer asphalt mixtures are used in various maintenance projects of cement concrete bridge decks,they are often unable to be used for cement concrete bridge deck paving due to their own technical insufficiency.Aiming at this problem,this paper uses high-performance modified asphalt,modified emulsified asphalt,and high-quality stone as raw materials to design a thin-layer asphalt mixture with a dense skeleton structure.After various indoor tests,the ultra-thin wear layer is used in the concrete bridge pavement maintenance project.In this paper,combined with the mechanical characteristics of cement concrete bridge deck pavement,pavement disease manifests the form,causes and the technology demand of concrete bridge deck pavement,the performance characteristics of ultrathin wear layer,the implementation of the actual engineering project,in thin layer technique is applied to study the practice of cement concrete bridge deck pavement,start work in the study of characteristics of concrete bridge deck pavement and the project practice of ultrathin wear layer,Completed the corresponding work interface processing method,the actual project design and implementation,after the implementation of the evaluation of the effect.It is hoped that the research results can bring different research perspectives and ideas to other researchers,and provide theoretical basis for related research,so that there is a feasible cement concrete bridge deck maintenance plan in the actual project,and promote the road maintenance work to make small progress.
