With the development of technology,more and more distributed power sources are connected to the distribution network on the load side.In some areas,a microgrid is formed by distributed power sources and local loads.Microgrid technology provides new ideas for new energy consumption,and even has irreplaceable advantages in special scenarios such as islands.Reasonable planning of various power supply capacities of microgrids can improve the stability and economy of microgrid planning operations.The research centered on the evaluation of island wind photovoltaic resources and the capacity planning of microgrids.The main work done is as follows:(1)Preliminary site selection and scheme design of the microgrid.Collected the local climate and resource data of Dongshantou Island,assessed the local power grid situation and future load development,and analyzed the necessity of building a microgrid on the island.Combined with the actual situation,a preliminary plan for wind-light-diesel-storage microgrid was proposed.After on-site surveys,a suitable initial site selection plan for the micro-grid was selected,and the initial grid-connected plan for the micro-grid was designed.(2)The wind and photovoltaic resources of the island are evaluated using a probability function model.Different methods are used to assess wind and photovoltaic resources.Wind resources use the Weibull function fitting method to analyze the probability density of wind speed,calculate the wind power density and annual average wind speed of the island,and evaluate the island wind resources.The solar resources are fitted with a beta probability model to calculate the total annual horizontal radiation and the total horizontal radiation,and evaluate the solar resources of the islands.It is the basis for island micro-grid networking mode and equipment selection.(3)The particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the optimal planning scheme of microgrid in island operation mode.In the planning scenario,the microgrid operates independently when the submarine cable fails.A mixed-integer programming model is constructed to establish an objective function with the smallest construction and operating costs,and to establish corresponding constraints with distributed new energy output and economic models.The particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the planning model,and the optimal planning scheme is obtained.The sensitivity analysis of the planning scheme from multiple dimensions such as power outage time and fuel price verifies that the planning scheme has strong adaptability.The microgrid planning method mentioned in this article has certain application value in engineering applications.
