Military vehicles,engineering vehicles and other special purpose vehicles are inevitably subjected to vibration excitation from the road surface and/or shock excitation from improvised explosive devices,which will reduce the ride comfort of drivers and passengers,and the high-energy shock will even endanger the lives of drivers and passengers.In order to improve the vibration and shock isolation performance of semi-active seat suspension for special application,based on the power flow analysis,a Powerflow vibration and shock fusion controller is proposed.This fusion controller covers the vibration control module that attenuates the vibration excitation and the shock control module that buffers the shock excitation,vibration and shock fusion control module that identifies vibration or shock excitation and switches to the corresponding control module.Specifically,the vibration control module adopts Powerflow and Skyhook,the shock control module adopts Powerflow and Softlanding,the vibration and shock fusion control module adopts Powerflow and Endstop.Three kinds of integrated control,Skyhook-Endstop-Softlanding,Skyhook-PowerflowSoftlanding and Powerflow-Powerflow-Powerflow,are simulated and compared.Mixed vibration and shock excitation is used to verify that the Powerflow vibration and shock fusion controller can not only give consideration to both vibration and shock control,but also reduce sprung mass acceleration and jerk,and improve the ride comfort of system switching.According to the proposed Powerflow vibration control,based on the simulation analysis of the semi-active seat suspension and the test verification of the two-dimensional vibration integrated seat suspension,the vibration isolation performance of Powerflow is compared with that of Skyhook.According to the proposed Powerflow shock control,the simulation model and test bench of mass-drop buffering system are built to verify its feasibility in shock control.The proposed Powerflow vibration and shock fusion controller provides an important theoretical basis and technical means for improving the safety and stability of special purpose vehicles in complex operating conditions.
