Pit is one of the most common pavement diseases.If it is not repaired timely and effectively,it will affect the service life of the road and the normal driving of vehicles,and increase the maintenance cost of the road.Cold patching mixture is more and more widely used in the rapid repair of pits and troughs because of its advantages of convenient construction,less affected by the climate and environment,energy conservation and environmental protection.However,due to the late research on cold patching mixture in China,and there is no unified evaluation method and index,there are some problems such as poor workability,low strength,high temperature stability and durability,which are easy to cause pavement damage Second disease,improve the repair cost.In view of the above situation,this paper expects that the water reactive cold patching mixture should have the following characteristics: during storage,the mineral particles coated with asphalt are separated from each other through the isolation effect of admixtures,so that they do not bond to form clusters;during use,the admixtures react with water,and the formed water reactants continuously improve the bonding force with asphalt when curing,so that asphalt can be mixed The particles are closely bonded to form a solid three-dimensional network structure.Through the analysis of the reaction mechanism and strength formation mechanism of the admixture with water,two kinds of water reactive admixtures,liquid and solid,are selected.Through shear test,pull-out test and Marshall test,the bonding performance of water reactants with admixtures is analyzed.Through fluorescence microscope observation,it is found that the water reactants of two admixtures can form good bonding strength with asphalt.Two kinds of water reactive cold patching mixture are developed.According to the characteristics of water reactive cold patching mixture,the workability,initial stability and porosity are taken as evaluation indexes.AC-13,LB-13 and jd-13 are selected as three gradations,and 90 # base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are used for comparative test.The gradation and asphalt type used in this paper are determined The method to determine the optimal amount of binder and the optimal range of water consumption for water reactive cold patching mixture is proposed.The road performance of the two kinds of water reactive cold patching mixture is compared with the same kind of foreign products,and the experimental research is carried out from the aspects of workability,strength forming law,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability.The evaluation methods and indexes suitable for water reactive cold patching mixture are summarized,and the two kinds of water reactive cold patching mixture developed in this paper are found The material has the characteristics of high initial strength,fast forming speed,good water stability and high temperature stability.Finally,the production,storage and construction technology of water reactive cold patching mixture are summarized,and the production cost of two kinds of water reactive cold patching mixture is estimated,and the cost is compared with the market price of cold patching mixture,which shows that the two kinds of water reactive cold patching mixture developed in this paper have better economic and social benefits.
