In domestic and foreign researches,steel structural shear wall stands out among many systems for its good lateral force resistance.In the study of the steel plate shear wall,it is found that the corrugated steel plate has a prominent effect on the out-of-plane deformation of the steel plate shear wall under earthquake action compared with the flat steel plate.However,the size of the corrugated steel mold production has certain limitations,and can not meet the requirements of making full use of corrugated steel materials under various conditions;And in the installation and production,flat steel plate than corrugated steel plate will be more convenient.At present,the flat steel plate can be reinforced with ribbed and concrete composite structure,so that it can not only achieve the advantages of corrugated steel in the lateral performance,but also avoid the defects of the bearing capacity decline caused by excessive deformation in the late loading period.Based on the corrugated steel plate,a pseudo corrugated cross ribbed flat steel plate composite shear wall structure is proposed in this paper.The embedded steel plate of the structure is composed of flat steel plate and trapezoidal stiffening ribs welded together.The trapezoidal stiffening ribs are intersected on both sides of the flat steel plate in a corrugated form.The technical software used in this study is ABAQUS 6.14-4.In order to meet the real conditions of actual work,a full-scale model of pseudo-corrugated cross-ribbed flat steel plate composite shear wall is established for research.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The technical feasibility of the finite element software was verified,and a vertical corrugated steel plate shear wall in the corrugated steel plate shear wall test project of Tianjin University was selected for simulation analysis under the same conditions.The feasibility of the technical software in simulation was illustrated through the consistency between the simulation results of the software and the test results.(2)To validate the proposed structure of the seismic effect,the establishment of a corresponding outside frame size and the same embedded steel plate width of corrugated steel plate shear wall,under the condition of same simulation to compare the two structural buckling performance,carrying capacity,energy dissipation capacity and deformation ability main seismic indicators,such as analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed structure.(3)The influence of the stiffened composite flat steel plate on the seismic performance of the proposed structure is further analyzed.Five parameters,such as the thickness of the embedded flat steel plate,the thickness of the trapezoidal stiffener and the height of the trapezoidal stiffener,are analyzed by variable parameters.First,the buckling analysis of each parameter series was carried out to determine the sequence of buckling and yield of the specimens,and the variation law of the critical buckling load of the structure under different stiffness ratios of the ribs was determined.Then the seismic performance of each specimen under the action of nonlinear load is simulated and the corresponding parameter size is suggested according to the simulation results and the actual working conditions.(4)Based on the above research results of the composite shear wall with pseudo corrugated cross-ribbed flat steel plate,the corresponding suggestions are provided for the practical engineering needs.
