The problem of truck parking has become a stubborn disease that cannot be ignored in the city. The lack of parking facilities and the random parking of trucks have brought greater hidden dangers to urban road traffic, caused vehicles to rear-end,and caused casualties. At the same time, illegally parked trucks crushed urban roads, affected the appearance of the city, and brought adverse effects to the city. However, urban planning and transportation focus on the parking demand and parking facilities planning of cars,non-motor vehicles, and buses. There is little attention to trucks.Related traffic management policies focus on the study of motor vehicles and cars, and there are fewer policies for trucks.Academically, previous studies on illegal parking focused on the driver’s personal choice, parking facilities and relevance.Related laws and regulations to explore the reasons for illegal parking. With the deepening of research, related studies abroad have explored the impact of built environment and road built environment on illegal parking behavior. In comparison, domestic research on the main influencing factors of illegal parking mostly adopts qualitative analysis methods, and the content of research from the perspective of spatial quantification is less. This article uses Longgang District,Shenzhen as the research area, and identifies the spatial location of illegal truck parking at night based on the GPS data of trucks entering and leaving the port in Shenzhen.According to the built environment types of illegal parking spots, the built environment characteristics of illegal parking spots for trucks are divided into 5 types: regional road traffic and facilities, road traffic and facilities, residential areas, villages in cities, and urban public facilities.,Undeveloped vacant land and construction land type.In terms of spatial characteristics, there are cold and hot spots in illegal parking of trucks at night;in terms of time characteristics, the frequency and duration of illegal parking have periodic changes. From the perspective of parking duration and parking frequency, the spatial characteristics of illegal parking of trucks are divided into four types, including short duration of low frequency number, long duration of low frequency number, short duration of high frequency number, and long duration of high frequency number. The negative binomial zero-expansion Poisson model is used to analyze the built environment factors that affect the illegal parking of trucks at night. The study found that areas with large industrial land, storage land, and a large mix of land use are prone to illegal parking;areas with large road red lines and high density of high-speed routes are likely to cause illegal parking;logistics parks and industrial parks within 1 km The more buildings in the area are also likely to lead to illegal parking behavior.Combining the results of the model, this article discusses the nature of land use, urban facilities, road traffic and other planning and built environment perspectives, and proposes corresponding measures to solve the illegal parking of trucks at night.
