| In recent years,with the depletion of global petroleum energy and the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution,in the face of the complex living environment in the future,new energy vehicles have been paid more and more attention by more and more countries in the world because of their Rely on clean fuel on the use characteristics of petroleum and the positive externality of environmental friendliness.The development of new energy industry and the research and development of new energy vehicles have become the development of the future automobile industry Direction.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to take measures to promote the R & D and production of new energy vehicles by automobile manufacturing enterprises,improve the technical level of new energy vehicles,and help to achieve the sustainable development of human society while meeting people’s living needs.Since 2009,China has issued a series of policies on new energy vehicle promotion pilot and price subsidy,and the sales volume of new energy vehicles has steadily increased.As of 2017,the sales volume of new energy vehicles has jumped to the first place in the world,but with the sharp decline of subsidy policies in recent two years,the sales volume of new energy vehicles shows a "cliff" decline.The reason is that the prosperity of new energy vehicle market mainly comes from policy regulation,that is,financial subsidies stimulate market demand.And different subsidy models have different driving effects on the development of new energy vehicle industry.According to the theory of market supply and demand,the purchase intention of consumers is an important factor affecting the market demand.Therefore,empirical research on the purchase intention of new energy vehicles from the perspective of consumers will help to understand the market’s views and pain points on new energy vehicles,and also provide the basis for the government and enterprises to solve these pain points and defects in the future,so as to promote the development of new energy vehicle industry Choosing the appropriate subsidy mode provides valuable reference and suggestions.This paper studies the economic and technological characteristics of new energy vehicles,constructs a subsidy model selection model in Shenzhen,designs a questionnaire through the theory of perceived value and perceived risk to understand the actual needs of consumers for new energy vehicles,and draws conclusions:(1)the higher the perceived value of consumers,the higher the purchase intention;(2)the greater the perceived risk of consumers,the more reluctant to choose Buy the product.(3)Through enhancing the perceived value of consumers and reducing the perceived risk of new energy vehicles,we can make policy recommendations on the subsidy model of new energy vehicles.This paper uses literature search,case analysis,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot interview and comparative analysis to discuss,analyze,evaluate and propose the overall subsidy model.Therefore,on the basis of the existing subsidy mode,learning from the subsidy experience of foreign new energy vehicles,avoiding the mode of direct subsidy to the production link is more conducive to the long-term development of the new energy vehicle industry,and the government should formulate effective policies to guide and support the development of the new energy vehicle industry,in order to continue to maintain the advantages of China’s new energy vehicle business in the future and develop vigorously. |
