| There are many problems accumulated for a long time due to the construction of water supply network,long service time,aging and other factors,for example,the high energy consumption and leakage.The urban water supply network system reflects the construction and service level of the urban.Also,the high energy consumption and leakage of urban water supply network system are the two main factors that affect the economic benefits of water supply enterprises.The pump station is the main unit that consumes the most energy and restricts the cost of water supply.The average monthly power consumption of Huanggu branch and Dadong branch in 7-12 of 2016 was724975 k Wh and 684076 k Wh respectively.Booster pump station of Heping district is mainly transformed from pump station dispatching and pump equipment.After transformation,the power saving rate,the annual power saving rate and the annual power saving rate of the water supply unit of the second pump station is 14.7%-21.5%,220000 k Wh and 130000 yuan,respectively.And the power saving rate of the booster pump station is 43%-50.4%.In this paper,the energy-saving and leakage reduction technology of the water supply network of Heping district in Shenyang is studied.In addition,Heping district adopts the methods of reforming the lying bar,pump station,and pipeline to reduce the production and sales difference rate.The production and marketing gap before and after transformed in Heping district was 42.90 %(in 2016)and 18.14%(in 2017).After the transformation,the production and sales margin decreased by 24.76%.Among them,the production and sales gap of metal material pump station(e.g.lying bar)was reduced by 46.42%.The study also found that the measures such as reconstruction of the horizontal bar in the residential building,replacement of pipelines and solution of pipeline crossing can reduce the rate of production and sales difference,and solve the problems such as “running”,“emitting”,“dripping” and “leaking” in the water supply network system.This paper analysed the leakage of the pipeline network in Shenyang and Heping district,and studies the energy saving and leakage reduction technology of the pipeline network system in Heping district.To a certain extent,the study can solve the problems of energy consumption,leakage and high rate of production and sales of water supply pipe network system in Heping district in Shenyang.At the same time,this paper is a reference for the water supply pipe network system in other areas at home and abroad. |
