| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the scale of the electric power industry is also expanding.The traditional management mode of electric power enterprises causes a lot of waste and increases the cost.In order to maintain vitality in today’s fierce market competition,new management concepts and models need to be introduced.The concept of Life-Cycle management originated from Life-Cycle-Cost management,the latter establishes the Life-Cycle-Cost model and analyses the equipment life cycle stages including purchase,operation,scrap,and etc.From the global perspective and the long-term economic benefits makes the cost model helps to reduce cost and increase income.However,the model only considers the cost and ignores the aging of power equipment with the life cycle in the power industry.The main task of power equipment is power supply,so it is necessary to comprehensively consider the cost and efficiency of power equipment,and establish the power equipment cost-efficiency model.Therefore,the main work of this paper is as follows:Taking brush as an example,the cost-efficacy model of brush is established,including the Life-Cycle-Cost model of brush,the aging model of brush efficiency and the relationship between them.Firstly,establish the Life-Cycle-Cost model.By studying the theory of Life-Cycle-Cost management and analyzing the components and labor costs in each stage of the life cycle,the cost model is established in detail and traditional estimation methods are introduced.Secondly,establish the aging model of brush efficiency.The residual length of brush is taken as the evaluation index,studying the wear rate of brush.Studying the theory of mechanical wear and electrical wear,based on the finite element simulation software,the influencing factors of brush wear rate are studied and compared with the theory.The brush wear rate model is established,and the model is modified by practical investigation data.Finally,establish the cost-effectiveness model of brush.To improve accuracy,the model is divided to two parts.While the cost model was established,since a lot of historical data is required,the gray estimation method is proposed to expand the existing data.To determine the internal relationship between them,combined with the efficiency model,the fuzzy membership function is proposed.And an example is used to verify.By establishing the model,the cost input and efficiency output can be predicted in the early stage of brush installation.Meanwhile,the optimal brush replacement strategy is put forward to ensure its power generation efficiency and increase the cost.It has certain practical significance. |
