| As a new energy vehicle with multiple power sources,hybrid electric vehicle not only has the advantages of high efficiency,low emission and good comfort,but also significantly improves the fuel economy and emission characteristics of traditional fuel vehicles on the premise of ensuring the vehicle’s range.In the current stage of pure electric vehicle technology has not yet developed mature,hybrid vehicle technology,as a transitional technology,still has important research significance.In this paper,the configuration analysis and mode switching of DCT hybrid electric vehicle are studied.In this paper,a traditional DCT model is used as a reference model.According to the relative position between the motor and the gearbox,all possible configurations are listed by exhaustive method,and the working modes that can be realized by different configurations and the transmission routes of each mode in different gears are analyzed in detail.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of each mode are compared,and the front and rear switchable configuration with better comprehensive performance is selected as the main configuration According to the requirements of economy and power performance,the vehicle parameters and performance design objectives are set,the selection and parameter matching of engine,motor,battery pack and gearbox are completed,and the Atkinson engine + permanent magnet synchronous motor + lithium-ion battery + DCT scheme is determined.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,the DCT traditional control system is built by using cruise software The model of fuel vehicle and front and rear switchable configuration is built,and the rule-based mode switching control strategy is designed by using MATLAB / SIMULINK software,and the joint simulation is carried out by Cruise and SIMULINK,The simulation results show that the economy of the front and rear switchable configuration is 29.9% higher than that of the traditional fuel vehicle configuration;Finally,in order to give full play to the fuel saving potential of the front and rear switchable configuration,the ISIGHT software is used to optimize the parameters of the transmission system,and the main reducer transmission ratio and transmission ratio of each gear of the transmission are selected as the optimization objects,and the dynamic performance as the constraint boundary is established The multi Island genetic algorithm is used to optimize the mathematical model and get the optimal solution.According to the optimization results,the co simulation is carried out again.The simulation results show that the economy is improved by 16.7% on the premise of ensuring the vehicle power performance. |
