| This thesis takes the twin I-steel composite beam bridge as the research object,which is widely used in developed countries such as Europe and the United States due to its excellent mechanical properties,industrialized prefabrication and standardized construction that highlight the characteristics of greenness and economy.Aiming to establish its basic cost documents and verifying its technical and economic adaptability in China,we calculated and compiled the construction quota for highway I-steel composite beam bridges,and compiled budget quotas on this basis.Also,the key technical problems are solved.Based on this,we selected examples to design typical concrete beam bridges and I-steel composite beam bridge,calculated the direct cost of the construction and installation process and carried out the technical and economical analysis to verifies the applicability of the I-steel composite beam bridge in China.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combining engineering examples,literature surveys and the construction documents of I-steel composite beam bridges,basic information on quota is formulated.In the way of trend extrapolation,grey correlation etc.,a set of comparative analogy quota is compiled;formulate on-site technical measurement work flow,launch on-site technical measurement with accuracy,and determine the processing method of the raw data of the quota.(2)The influence of the characteristics of the I-steel composite beam bridge is analyzed in detail under the framework of the theoretical influencing factors of the amplitude coefficient;the concept of the efficiency coefficient of the American engineering management is introduced,and the amplitude is determined accordingly.The value range of the amplitude coefficient have verified the rationality of the value range.Using the analytic hierarchy process,the calculation model of the budget quota amplitude coefficient calculation model is established,and the values of the manual and mechanical coefficient are 1.33 and 1.45.(3)The budget quota was compiled on the basis of the construction quota and the amplitude coefficient;the concept of sub-item balance analysis was used to verify the rationality of the budget quota sub-item which is optimized lately,and the calculation was based on the existing quota.The quota level of the establishment quota is analyzed,and the rationality of the difference is analyzed.(4)Based on the compilation quota,the general drawing is selected for the scheme design,and the quota direct cost of the prestressed concrete T-beam,box girder and twin I-steel composite beam bridge is calculated;through the analysis of direct cost,the I-steel composite beam bridge has the characteristics of high industrialization and strong controllability of component quality is found.The impact of social factors such as labor market,material market,and material residual value are studied,which concluded the conclusion that the I-steel composite girder bridge is more technical and economical.According to the construction method of the composite girder bridge,the technical and economic analysis is carried out,and the optimization direction of the integral hoisting of the bridge deck and the steel main girder is proposed.The standard span of 35m is adopted as an example,it is analyzed and found that the applicable bridge scale of s twin I-steel composite beam bridge is 600m and below. |
