In addition to their own design and assembly errors,some structural links and connecting parts of the aircraft will also increase the clearance of the rudder surface due to wear during service.This phenomenon directly leads to the degradation of aircraft performance,increases the safety hazards of pilots when performing high-risk missions,and poses a threat to the personal safety of pilots.Therefore,timely,regular,and effective inspection of the aircraft rudder surface clearance is able to ensure the flight safety of the aircraft,improve its combat capability,and extend the service life of the aircraft.Aiming at this problem,a portable device has been developed in this paper to detect the free clearance of aircraft rudder surface,which can effectively and accurately detect the clearance angle of aircraft rudder surface,is convenient for the staff to detect and maintain the flight equipment in time in the field experiment.The hardware and electrical design of the device is completed based on the engineering application and test requirements;the overall mechanical design of the device is completed from the perspective of device mobility;the function and application requirements of the device are analyzed,and the overall software design of the device is completed.The control core of the clearance detection device is the permanent magnet synchronous motor.First of all,it was modeled and analyzed and the physical model was derived.The mathematical model in different coordinate systems was built from the electromagnetic equation,the current loop,speed loop as well as SVPWM algorithm module and simulation model were built.Secondly,aiming at the problems of large output overshoot,large interference from external factors,and sliding mode chattering in the traditional sliding mode control of the motor,this paper designed a sliding mode fuzzy control method with variable parameter approach law,fuzzy rules were used to realize the adaptive parameter adjustment of sliding mode approach law,and a simulation model based on PI control was built.Finally,the simulation results verified that the method could effectively reduce the system’s overshoot and chattering and enhance the system’s anti-interference ability compared with the traditional sliding mode control.For the variable parameter sliding mode fuzzy control method introduced,experiments were designed in the detection device to verify the algorithm and analyze the data.After adding this control method,the chattering of the device was reduced and the response speed became faster when the device was running,and the stable and accurate rudder clearance value could be detected more quickly,the results show that the method is feasible.The device achieves the goal of real-time detection of the free clearance deflection angle of the aircraft rudder surface,which has been successfully applied in the aircraft ground test experiment to effectively ensure the safety of the aircraft.
