Concrete mixer truck plays a very important role in China’s infrastructure construction.According to statistics,there are more than 69000 new mixer trucks every year in China in recent years.With the implementation of the 14th five year plan,environmental pollution control will be further strengthened,energy conservation and emission reduction,and the development of clean energy will be imperative.It will be a development direction for concrete mixer truck to use clean energy and electric energy to drive mixing drum.The electric drive system of concrete mixer truck is powered by battery,which drives the reducer to rotate by controlling the motor,so as to drive the mixing drum to work.In this paper,the key technology of electric drive system of 12m3 concrete mixer truck is studied,and the working condition of electric drive system of mixer drum is simulated by using Matlab/Simulink.This paper first introduces the different schemes of mixing drum drive of 12m 3 concrete mixing truck.Through the scheme comparison,pure electric drive system is selected.The power of the system is directly provided by the battery,and the motor drives the reducer to drive the mixing drum to rotate.Then,the relevant parameters of mixing drum and reducer are calculated in detail.By comparing the performance characteristics of different types of motor,battery and controller,the motor,battery and controller are reasonably selected,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor is selected as the driving motor of mixing drum of concrete mixer.Secondly,by analyzing the characteristics of the electric drive system,the control strategy is studied,and the electric drive system based on vector control is selected.Based on Clark transformation(3S/2S transformation)and park transformation(2S/2R transformation),the matlab version coordinate transformation based on equal amplitude transformation is selected,and the mathematical model in three-phase coordinate system is simplified to that in two-phase rotating coordinate system The Electric drive system servo control model of vector control strategy with i_d=0.Finally,the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software is used to simulate the motor of the concrete mixer in the mixing drum feeding,transportation and unloading conditions,and the special conditions of the mixing drum,such as starting,unloading,stopping and other conditions,such as the sudden increase of the torque of the mixing drum and the sudden increase of the motor speed due to inertia,are simulated respectively.The simulation results can show that the electric drive system designed in this paper The system scheme can meet the normal operation of concrete mixer.
