| According to the current application status of prefabricated reinforced concrete(RC)systems at home and abroad,for prefabricated RC frames,the joints usually become the weak part of the structure in earthquake resistance,so the performances of joints have effect on the prefabricated RC frame in the development of structure(referred to as prefabricated structure).The prefabricated structural joints mainly include the joints between precast columns and precast beams and between precast columns.The former is more researched,and the latter is particularly critical for ensuring the overall deformation and collapse resistance of the structure,but there are few researches related to it.This article is based on the existing literature that proposes a new fully assembled RC column with replaceable energy-consuming joints(New fully assembled RC column with replaceable energy-consuming joints),namely NREC inter-column joint.First,the test results in the existing literature are verified,which shows that the finite element modeling and analysis methods used in the article are reasonable and correct.Then,in this method,the numerical simulation analysis of 12 NREC column specimens is carried out,the main influences in the node area are the length of the tenon,the thickness of steel plate,the ratio of axial compression,and the replacement of energy-consuming steel plates on the seismic performance of the NREC column.The force performance,hysteresis performance,energy consumption capacity and deformation characteristics of NREC column under the condition of changing various parameters are analyzed.Finally,referring to the existing standard documents,the calculation formulas of the shear bearing capacity and compressive bearing capacity of the NREC inter-column joints are given from the theoretical point of view,and the normal section bearing capacity,yield shear force and bending moment at the joints of the joints are given.Calculation,design of concave and convex grooves at the connection and calculation of bearing capacity,calculation of bolt yield shear force,and calculation of the length of connecting steel plate.The calculation results and numerical simulation results of the shear capacity of medium-shaped steel or steel plate RC columns in the "Code for Design of Composite Structures","AISC 360-16",and "Eurocode 4" were compared.The shear capacity formula suitable for NREC column is proposed,and the applicability and accuracy of the formula are checked.The research shows that the parameters such as the length of the single-tooth tenon in the node area and the axial compression ratio have little effect on its seismic performance,while the thickness of the double-layer connecting steel plate and the replacement of energy-consuming steel plates have a greater impact on its seismic performance.The bearing capacity of NREC inter-column joints is directly applied to the shortcomings of the existing formulas,and the contribution of concrete items,stirrup items,connecting steel items,and axial pressure items to the bearing capacity are analyzed,and the relevant formulas and coefficients are fitted and adjusted,and used the superposition principle and data fitting technology deduced the shear capacity formula suitable for NREC column.Through the verification,it was found that the proposed formula is applicable and relatively accurate,which has important reference significance for the verification of future experimental data. |
