Research On Public Service Satisfaction Of Dafeng Port Container Logistics Hub

Dafeng port container logistics hub is a department set up by the government to provide relevant public services to the port container logistics industry.With the implementation of one belt,one road,the Yangtze River Delta,Huaihe ecological economic zone and Jiangsu coastal development,economic development has entered a new normal.The global shipping alliance is accelerating.New changes have taken place in the regional comprehensive transportation system and port container competition pattern.All of them have profound influence and higher requirements on the development of container business in Dafeng port.How about the work effect of Dafeng port container logistics hub since its establishment?Under the situation that the assessment index of the superior government is relatively single and cannot be measured in detail,this paper attempts to evaluate its work effect from the perspective of whether the service object is satisfied.This paper summarizes a set of research methods by consulting the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars on customer satisfaction survey,and comprehensively uses AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to transform the qualitative index of public service satisfaction of Dafeng port container logistics hub into measurable quantitative index,This paper establishes the public service satisfaction evaluation model of Dafeng port container logistics hub center,collects the satisfaction evaluation data of port related enterprises by using the social research method of questionnaire survey,and obtains the deficiencies of public service of Dafeng port container logistics hub center through analysis,According to the results of the survey,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the public service satisfaction of Dafeng port container logistics hub.
