The red beds is a kind of special rock and soil composed of sandstone,mudstone,sand conglomerate and red conglomerate.In the natural state,the mechanical properties are good,but after being disturbed by external factors such as rainfall and wind,softening and disintegration will occur,and the engineering properties such as shear strength will be greatly reduced,thus causing the shallow slope damage.Because red beds are usually distributed in canyons and mountainous areas,they are unique in nature and structure,and the diseases caused by them are very serious.With the continuous development of traffic in China,more and more road infrastructure has been built to the red layer distribution area in recent years,and the protection of road red layer slope has been paid more and more attention by the society.It is of great significance to research and develop anti-scour agent for red-bed slope surface to improve the environment of expressway,improve the protection level of highway slope,and guarantee the construction and operation of expressway.In this paper,the development of anti-scouring agent for red-bed slope is carried out based on the sub-project of the new technology for prevention and control of low-disturbance disasters in red-bed geological body based on the dynamic control mechanism of water-force environment,which is called composite technology for ecological protection against infiltration,erosion and weathering of red-bed slope.The main research results are as follows:(1)By summarizing the existing literature at home and abroad and field investigation,the lithologic combination characteristics,structural plane types and characteristics of the soil mass of red-bed slope are systematically discussed,and the causes of erosion on the red-bed slope surface are analyzed,and it is confirmed that rainfall is the first cause of slope erosion.In addition,the hydraulic condition of runoff on the slope of red bed is studied,which is the main basis for the research and development of anti-scour agent.(2)Based on the traditional resistance against scouring agent,biological enzyme scouring agent and polyamide type anti-scouring agent discussion analysis,from the economy,environmental protection and the mechanism of polyamide type resistance to scouring agent,determine the development of resistance to scouring agent by colloid A,B and auxiliary chelating agent C chelating agent,and through the nature and function of the three materials were discussed,The mechanism of the new anti-scour agent with colloid A as the main raw material was further studied.(3)According to the mechanical properties of red-bed slope,soil particle analysis for red-bed test,liquid-plastic limit test,compaction test,permeability test,direct shear test and other laboratory geotechnical tests were carried out to lay an important foundation for the subsequent research on anti-erosion agent properties.Considering the conditions,the design to carry out artificial simulated rainfall erosion test,from plain red bed slope compared with modified red layer of the slope erosion phenomenon,resistance to scouring agent under different rainfall intensity improved effect and the influence of different slope on the improvement of slope,a comprehensive analysis of the three aspects of specific performance,and then discusses the new scouring agent can get red bed slope surface after spray seeding anti-scouring agent,The improvement effect is good,and the slope stability can be increased by about 50%.
