Abstract/Summary:
As an indispensable part of the urban public transportation system,cruise taxis are mainly to provide residents with flexible access to transportation services.Analyzed from the perspective of transportation characteristics,cruise taxis have unique convenience and flexibility,which is different from the fixed nature of conventional public transportation,and can meet multiple travel needs at the same time.With the continuous improvement of urban passenger transportation facilities and the gradual improvement of social economy and people’s quality of life,the price system of cruise taxis has an important impact on the development of the entire industry and urban transportation services.In order to ensure the balance of supply and demand of cruise taxis under the competition of new business forms,this paper proposes a passenger satisfaction model and a dynamic adjustment model of freight rates for cruise taxis based on structural equation theory and system dynamics theory.And the dynamic adjustment strategy of freight rate provides theoretical support..The content of this article is as follows:(1)Explains the significance of the dynamic adjustment of cruise taxi tariffs,analyzes the structure and development trend of the urban passenger transport system,determines the definition of cruise taxis and the research scope of this article,screens cruise taxis and online taxis;uses sample data to compare Research on the influencing factors of passenger satisfaction in cruise taxis.Design a questionnaire based on the theory of satisfaction to investigate the cruising taxi users,use SPSS software and AMOS software to test and analyze the empirical data,and build a structural equation model covering 7 latent variables and 22 measured variables to find the impact of cruising The key factor of taxi passenger satisfaction,the positioning of cruising taxis in the new business state is explained.(2)In order to dig out the rules of cruising taxi operating data,big data technology and data-driven methods are used to divide the data into static data and dynamic data,which are substituted into the cruising taxi fare system model as system variables.The model better expresses cruising taxis.The causal relationship between the car elements has been validated.The results show that the model has good applicability to the cruise taxi tariff system,and the change of freight rate has the greatest impact on the demand,supply and empty driving rate of the cruiser,and the sensitivity coefficients are 0.79,0.78 and 0.68,respectively.(3)Combining the basic data of Chongqing’s cruise taxi operation,using Vensim software to simulate and analyze the basic scenario of Chongqing’s cruise taxi operation,the results show that it is more appropriate to increase the price of cruise taxis by 0.7 yuan per kilometer during peak hours,which balances the market supply during peak hours,You can also get considerable benefits.With the participation of online car-hailing,the dynamic adjustment of taxi fare ranges from 0.175 yuan to 0.7 yuan and 0.25 yuan to 0.7yuan respectively.At the same time,based on the obtained dynamic adjustment range of tariffs,the cruising taxi fare increase mechanism can be flexibly formulated,To provide theoretical and methodological support for improving the pricing mechanism of cruise taxis and better promoting the implementation of government guidance prices.It also gives suggestions for the healthy development of Chongqing’s cruise taxis.
