The temperature field with temporal and spatial characteristics that causes nonlinear changes in the structure of steel box girder during high-temperature pouring asphalt paving construction.Under the coupled action of load,the steel box girder not only deforms,causing additional stress,deformation characteristics,and complex stress conditions,and even possible influence the safety of the bridge structure,and the current engineering design and construction has not paid attention to this effect.This paper starts from the research on the temperature field of steel bridge deck under sunshine,and explores the temperature field distribution of paving during the construction of paving temperature.Taking the temperature field as the starting point,it reveals the influence of paving temperature on steel box girder and the temperature of Pelje(?)ac Bridge.First,based on the theory of heat conduction,the finite element differential equation of the temperature field is derived,and the boundary conditions and internal heat transfer of the heat conduction of the steel box girder at the sunshine temperature and the paving temperature are analyzed.On this basis,a thermocouple thermometer is used to measure the sunshine temperature.The field was measured and the distribution of the steel box girder’s solar temperature field was analyzed.The solar temperature field model was established by numerical simulation,and the thermal parameter values were determined by comparing the numerical model with the actual measurement,thereby establishing a numerical model of the paving temperature field.And using the setting and activation of analysis steps and interactions to realize the simulation process of asphalt dynamic paving,and quantitatively describe the three-dimensional temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and laws of the temperature field during asphalt concrete paving.Secondly,using the sequential coupling calculation method,the mechanical model of the simply supported steel box girder is established,and the paving temperature field results are imported into the thermodynamic model to calculate the temperature effect.The effect of the paving temperature on the steel box girder paving area and non-paving area is analyzed.Finally,on the basis of heat conduction theory and reasonable sunshine and paving temperature boundary conditions,a numerical model of the temperature field of the main span paving of the Peljesac Bridge is established.The temperature field distribution of the cable-stayed bridge is analyzed and the mechanics is established.The thermodynamic calculation model of Pelje(?)ac Bridge’s cable-stayed bridge under the coupling action of load and paving temperature load.The effects of paving temperature and gravity on the displacement and stress characteristics and regular distribution of Pelje(?)ac’s cable-stayed bridge are studied at the same time.The mechanical response of paving temperature,gravity and other loads to the U-rib and diaphragm of the cable-stayed bridge of Pelje(?)ac Bridge.In summary,based on the theory of heat conduction,the temperature field and temperature effect of the Pelje(?)ac Bridge cable-stayed bridge have been studied through actual measurement analysis and numerical simulation technology.The research results not only reveal the distribution law and characteristics of the temperature field of steel box girder paving under the action of high-temperature asphalt paving,as well as the displacement and stress response caused by the paving temperature of steel box girder,but also reveal the high-temperature asphalt paving and mechanical load coupling The distribution characteristics and laws of the temperature field in the paving of the Peljesac Bridge cable-stayed bridge under the action,and the displacement and stress response caused by the paving temperature of the Peljesac Bridge cable-stayed bridge,can guide the engineering design and construction personnel to optimize the structural design and take measures Reduce the impact of pouring asphalt paving construction on the bridge structure.
