With the improvement of the intelligence level of the smart travel service platform and the legal system related to national car sharing is gradually standardized, the ride-sharing model has gradually become an indispensable part of the city’s multi-modal transportation network. However, the ride-sharing model based on the Internet background has a short time and involves many complicated factors. Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of ride-sharing deeply.Based on the above factors, this thesis constructs Ordered probit and Zero-inflated ordered probit models from the perspective of passenger and driver respectively to analyzes the influencing factors of passenger and driver participation in vehicle pooling intention. The multidimensional scaling method is employed to analyze the text content reflecting multiplicative motivation. And firstly, the original data of multidimensional multiplicative motivation is reduced to a low dimensional space, and then the subject content of multiplicative motivation is further classified,so as to explore the potential psychological and external environmental inducements of multiplicative motivation. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)To design questionnaires based on the mixed research paradigm.Descriptive statistical analysis and accuracy analysis of measurement results on the collected questionnaire data; And clean and record the original questionnaire data.In this experiment,a total of 752 valid questionnaires were received from the perspective of passengers and 402 valid questionnaires from the perspective of driver, and 407 valid answers to open questions were collected.Furthermore, descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the valid questionnaire data, and reliability and validity tests were carried out on the data measured by questionnaire questions and PCM model was established to analyze the rationality of item setting.According to relevant test indicators, the reliability and validity of questionnaire data was high, and subsequent regression analysis could be conducted.(2)Based on the ordered discrete regression model to analyze the factors affecting multiplicative willingness. In this thesis,Ordered Probit model and Zero-inflated ordered probit model are established from the perspective of passenger and driver to analyze the key factors affecting willingness to choose ridesharing mode of traveling. The results of the OP model from the passenger perspective show that variables such as public transportation travel frequency, education level, trust risk perception, recognition of ride-sharing model, perception of privacy and safety protection, environmental protection, travel time saving, and transportation cost saving have a significant impact on the choice of ridesharing willingness. The results of the OP model based on the driver perspective show that six variables, including public transport travel frequency, carpool travel acceptance attitude, environmental protection attitude, traffic anxiety, social preference and trust risk perception significantly affect the degree of driver willingness to choose ridesharing.Further, according to the decision-making of ridesharing,a ZIOP model based on the perspective of passenger and driver is also established, and the fitting effect of the ZIOP model and the OP model is compared and analyzed.(3)Employ the multidimensional scaling approach to reduce the dimensions of the multiplicative motivation content for text analysis.Nvivo12 software is used to obtain the co-occurrence matrix of co-occurrence keywords of the respondent’s multiplication motivation, and the co-occurrence matrix is calculated by Matlap software coding to obtain the Jaccard distance matrix between the respondents. And the PROXSCAL algorithm of the multi-dimensional scaling method is developed to analyze the goodness of fit of the multi-dimensional scaling model of different dimensions. Finally, the Bootstrap method was used to fit the attributes of the finally determined reserved dimensions and explain them. The research results show that the content of multiplier motivation has been reduced to six dimensions. And the four dimensions with explanatory significance are contextual factors, subjective psychological perception factors that encourage ridesharing, information barriers for ridesharing, and risk preference factors of travelers. |
