Road congestion and parking difficulty have become the traffic problems in most cities: road congestion greatly reduces the driving experience of travelers in the process of driving,and increases the time cost on the way;parking difficulty is reflected in the fact that travelers cannot know in advance whether there are free parking spaces at the time of arrival.For the parking lot in the business district or with a large number of trips,it is very likely that when the travelers arrive at the parking lot,they have no free parking space and have to park for a second time.The additional time delay caused by increasing the detour distance,and the cruise traffic generated when re selecting the parking lot will also have a certain impact on the normal traffic flow in the road network.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the dynamic traffic with the static traffic to provide a comprehensive consideration of road traffic and parking path for travelers.Based on the optimization of route selection and parking point selection in the whole process of travel,this paper firstly analyzes the influencing factors of travelers in the process of travel,including the influence of road network on vehicle traffic path,the influence of travelers on the macro choice of parking lot and the internal characteristics of parking lot.Secondly,on the basis of the traditional road network topology model,considering the parking nodes,the road network topology structure of the whole travel process is constructed.The node of parking lot exists as a simplified virtual node,that is,it does not consider the internal channel structure of the parking lot,only represents the comprehensive attributes of the parking lot with nodes.At the same time,two virtual edges are added to connect with the entrance and exit of the parking lot to establish the connection with the traditional road network.The corresponding data structures of intersection node,parking complex node and parking entrance node are constructed.For the internal node attributes of parking lot,the quantitative model of travel time in parking lot is constructed by considering the utilization rate of parking lot,the partition situation of parking lot and the layout characteristics of internal passages in parking lot.Finally,a bi level programming model based on user oriented PGIS framework is constructed.The upper model is mainly used to search the shortest path from the starting point to the parking node,while the lower model is used to search the shortest path from the parking node to the destination,and finally get the shortest path planning of the whole travel process.The example shows that the time cost of driving route planning considering the whole process of travel is better than that of traditional route planning when the traveler’s surrounding information is unknown,which proves its feasibility.
