In order to solve the problem of the contradiction between heating and power generation in winter peak regulation of thermal power plants electrode boilers are often added to solve the problem.Exampled by a certain thermal power plant of fushun,liaoning province as the research object,through to the heating load accurately predicting heat user demand for heat,on the basis that the maximum load of thermal power plant is acceptable,in order to determine the operation mode of electrode steam boiler,in meet the load demand at the same time satisfy the heating requirements,but because of the electrode in the process of actual operation of the steam boiler is affected by amplitude fluctuations,lead to power fluctuations in the compensation scope,thus set a certain control system accurately control electrode of the steam boiler operation,reduce the energy consumption of heating system,and reduce unnecessary spending.Heating load prediction is the premise and basis for the operation of electrode steam boiler at peak time.It mainly analyzes the factors that affect the change of heat load,and uses historical data to predict the heating load in the future.This article uses the fuzzy neural network algorithm to date types,the average outdoor temperature,weather conditions,the average temperature of return water and water supply for the network input,average flow at an average heating load for the network output,using the liaoning fushun part of a thermal power plant to provide historical data as learning samples training,and through Matlab simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the relative error value is within the range of±2.5MW,which can accurately predict the heat load,and verifies the feasibility of applying fuzzy neural network algorithm in heating system.The heat load of the heating system effectively predict in advance,when the winter peak shaving,can predict the heating load of value is used to determine the thermal power plant of acceptable peak,then determine the electrode steam boiler operating power and start the appropriate number,in meet the load demand at the same time satisfy the heating requirements,and acquire a certain amount of economic compensation.The main purpose of adding electrode steam boiler in the thermal power plant is to complete the task of peak regulation and heating demand,in order to achieve this purpose,automatic control is often taken as a method of realization.Based on the predicted value of the heat load,this paper guides the operation plan of the electrode steam boiler,so as to determine the stable value of the power of the electrode steam boiler.System power control is the use of conventional PID control algorithm,but because of the large amount of conventional PID control algorithm is overshoot,start for a long time,adjust the shortcomings and so on for a long time,so advanced in this paper,the fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the power,through the PID parameters are adjusted online,constantly using Simulink toolbox in Matlab system model is established and simulation analysis,the result of simulation shows that the conventional PID control is about to stabilize after the 260 s,and overshoot amount was 10%,rising time of 80 s,However,the fuzzy PID control will be stable about time after the 80 s,and the overshoot is 0,and the rise time is the 80 s,which can realize the precise adjustment of the power of the electrode steam boiler of the heating system,so as to meet the requirements of peak regulation and achieve the purpose of heating according to demand.
