With the rapid development of urban rail transit industry in China,the mileage of subway operation shows a trend of rapid growth.Qingdao complies with the domestic development trend.Qingdao Metro develops rapidly at the rate of 1 or 2 lines put into operation every year.In the process of bringing convenience to the citizens,the following is the increasing operating pressure of Qingdao Metro.After the end of the subway operation,all kinds of subway equipment,including subway vehicles,need to be maintained and repaired,that is,the so-called subway operation and construction need to be carried out.The increasing passenger flow also brings greater pressure to the subway operation and construction,and at the same time puts forward higher requirements to the information management means of operation and construction.In the preparation stage before the second phase of Qingdao Metro Development and Operation Construction Scheduling Management System,the author carried out this research work,aiming to help developers better understand user needs,promote system research and development,and establish a more useful and perfect system.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,this study finally decided to use two classical models,TTF task technology matching model and TAM technology acceptance model,to carry out systematic research on the problems of Qingdao Metro operation and construction scheduling management system from the perspective of user acceptance.Based on the TTF-TAM model,this study selected variables such as perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,subjective norm,job suitability,perceived compatibility,personal technology matching,task technology matching,willingness to use and behavior to construct the model,and put forward the question hypothesis.The questionnaire survey was carried out and the results were analyzed to draw the following conclusions:Our research results show that the combination of TAM and TTF model can better explain the user needs of subway operation and construction scheduling management system.In addition,this study proposes a better model to explain users’ usage behavior of the metro operation and construction scheduling management system.The independent variables such as job suitability and subjective norms affect the dependent variables such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,and finally have a positive impact on the willingness to use and use behavior.In this case,our study provides further evidence of the applicability of the TAM and TTF models in studying the continuous use of the metro operation construction scheduling management system.The research results have important significance for the strategic planning of the users of the metro operation and construction scheduling management system and the use of effective tools by the developers for future development and use.
