Asynchronous motor is an important part of power system,It plays a vital role in the national industrial production.The stator high resistance fault of asynchronous motors is very common.This fault can occur at any device connectio n between the power supply and the motor,leading to local overheating and excessive voltage drop at the connection,thereby reducing power supply efficiency and power supply reliability.Therefore,it is very important to detect the high resistance fault of asynchronous motor stator at the early stage of fault.Firstly,on the basis of the induction motor fault model,the parameter expressions of the stator high resistance fault and the winding short circuit fault and the three-sequence steady state equivalent circuit diagram are deduced respectively;Secondly,an online detection method of induction motor stator high resistance faults based on fault components-negative sequence current and zero sequence voltage is proposed,and the index parameters to determine the fault location and fault severity are given;Thirdly,aiming at the problem that it is difficult to distinguish the short-circuit fault between winding turns and the stator high-resistance fault,a method is proposed to effectively distinguish the fault by using the phase Angle of negative sequence current and zero sequence voltage and combining with the amplitude of three-phase current,phase Angle difference and positive sequence current;Further more,FFT technology is used for digital signal pr ocessing of the detection method.In view of its analysis is easily affected by noise and spectrum leakage,the principle of SVD filtering technology and quasi-synchronous sampling technology are introduced,and the stator current signal is filtered and sa mpled by SVD filtering technology,and the preprocessing of digital simulation experiment is completed in this paper.Then,Based on Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,the simulation of asynchronous motor stator high resistance fault is completed and the validity of the method is verified.Finally,the experiments of stator high resistance fault and stator winding interturn short circuit fault are completed by using a 3k W Y100L-2asynchronous motor on the experimental platform.The results show that: This method can detect the stator high resistance fault reliably and disti nguish it from the stator winding interturn short circuit fault,and it is of practical significance for the initial fault detection of the stator high resistance faults of asynchronous motors.
